Location was ideal, close to many restaurants and cafes and 2 blocks from the main plaza. The rustic design and feel of the room was relaxing. The a/c was functional and quiet, and the showers had awesome pressure.(we stayed downstairs)

I missed not having an on site bar/restaurant. We had to cross the street to fulfill that need, but it was ok. What was odd, the rooms are equipped with a sink, microwave and mini fridge, but they don’t have plates, cups, glasses, or utensils. What’s the point? Also, my wife was a bit annoyed that the room didn’t have a blow dryer. The internet connection was awful!

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Staff also helpful with calling a taxi for us. The hotel location is close to restaurants and shops. The hotel offered in room massage which we all enjoyed the prices were are very reasonable. The patio hammock was a nice touch. The rain shower was warm which was a nice surprise since in Mexico warm water isn't always available. The bedding was very soft and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are rustic yet very comfortable. The only thing negative the wood floors need to be sealed you couldn't walk barefoot due to splitters in the wood floors, their is a near by bar and at times you can hear the music. Overall our stay was amazing and we highly recommend choosing this boutique hotel in San Miguel De Allende.

The floors need to be sanded and sealed several big holes and splinters. The windows don't close tightly so you can hear the music from a near by bar, it's not a deal breaker to not book this hotel just bring ear plugs.

Service and accommodation was excellent, the staff asked us via chat to call before arriving, but the listed phone number was not the real one, so no one answered the phone, when arriving, I had to park near the hotel and got a parking ticket, this was a bad experience. besides that the hotel was very good and the location is amazing.

Great location, just a few blocks from the main tourist areas of the historic center. This place was so cute and well styled- artfully rustic with attention to details for comfort. Our room had a little enclosed private terrace with a hammock, that opened to the sky above; it was a great spot to chill and the walls protected it from any intense sun in the brief warm parts of the year. The parking is valet, and it definitely took a minute upon arriving and leaving for the valet to navigate the very intense traffic and one-way streets of el centro. But for free parking I can't complain; next time I might just call the hotel 20 minutes before arriving if I have a car to park so they can notify the valet to be on hand. The bed was comfortable, the place was immaculately clean, the room was spacious. All in all a fabulous spot.

I have to dig deep to have anything critical to say... there are no screens on the windows (in early April there weren't any bugs either, but I imagine there's mosquitos once the rains come?), and the way the windows open is sort of inconvenient for leaving them open to get air flow. But there is an A/C in the room so this was more an issue for the vibe than actual physical comfort.

The location is outstanding, the service excellent and the hotel is attractively decorated in "rustic Mexican" style. The rooftop terrace is an added bonus and provides a very nice area to sit and relax.

The wooden floors in the rooms are a mistake. The reclaimed wood is not tightly fitted, has large bolt holes, and is unfinished. How can it be really cleaned? In addition, the floor planks are laid over some kind of a frame and creak loudly. There is obviously a large gap between the cement subfloor and the planks, creating a perfect place for insects and rodents to thrive. These floors look great in photos but are a disaster in "real life."

Excellent Location. Just in the middle of the Historic center. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars very near, and eve though we were at the center it was very quiet.

Pillows were very stiff and bathroom wash basin was kind of uncomfortable to use because the faucet was in the middle. So very difficult to wash your face without making a mess.

The roof top terrace was great & included a frig & freezer where guests can store their food & there is ice in the freezer!! There was also coffee served every morning -I think it started at 0630 & lasted until at least 10am, included mugs, spoons, sugar, but no creme. The room included a huge umbrella for 2 guests. They gave each room 2 bottles of water ea day. Also included soap, shampoo & lotion.

The rooftop kitchen would benefit from a microwave to reheat leftovers. While there is a cooktop & oven, they don’t seem like they can be used (no pans, etc).there is a microwave in the art cafe adjacent to reception, but they unplug it, & it’s a tight space, so not usable

It’s in the heart of San miguel se Allende . walking distance to everything you need. Rooms were fabulously! check in was easy .. very accommodating..very close to restaurant.. One across the street. ( Mama mia) was excellent . ect ect ...the property is smaller so very accessible.

IT was hard to locate .. They definitely need a bigger sign outside.. we had to ask 3 times ... on the same street .. a bit frustrating only when you get there .. and hauling luggage . otherwise everything else was impeccable

The reception desk was very attentive to all my needs. The room was comfortable, TV was good, and water pressure was good.

The only thing I would critique is that occasionally you could hear the people in the cafe area talking.
