Selina San Miguel de Allende

The location is excellent! Within a minute of the church and walking to all shops and exploring the city is perfect. Easy pick up on the corner for taxi or Uber. It's nice that cars aren't allowed on the street in front of the hotel so there's no street noise or pollution.

The smell in the bathroom. Seems a smell was coming from the shower drain that was really disturbing. Only one night of the 4 was is almost unbearable.

the property is located right on top of the Central Park and next to the Parroquia. The restaurant on the rooftop gives you gorgeous views of the town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared spaces outside the room I are beautiful to lounge and are quite relaxing

There is not Air Conditioning Unit and only has a fan, so go during the cool season. the restroom does have an unpleasant smell coming out of the drain, but there is both cold and hot water.

Once there the location is great. However, the hotel description should explain that the hotel is in the center that does not allow cars/taxis and give the closest intersection drop off point to the hotel. Unfortunately, I was dropped at an entrance on the opposite side of the center and the cobblestones made it very stressful & difficult to maneuver luggage.

There was no elevator and I would not have been able to handle the steep stairs. Fortunately, the front desk was able to change my room to a ground floor.

some of the terraces were closed which was disappointing especially as no one explained why this was

The staff was very helpful in helping us find transportation. The location was great, could not have been better.

It was a bit noisy, but that comes with the location. The hotel did have quiet policy after midnight.

location super close to everything (next to church) so getting around was easy, room service cleaned every day per our request, water bottles provided, and beautiful rooftop/great bar. Try the Margarita San Miguel and order the Guacamole with chicharron! Juan Carlos and Rox were great at answering our questions, calling a shuttle and storing our luggage

EXCELLENT STAFF AT THE RECEPTION!!!They were very friendly, kind, polite, helpful. Excellent professionals! Perfect location: very close to the main square but quite environment at the same time! Very good restaurant: excellent personnel, nice food, magnificent view. When arriving the hotel they offer a welcome drink: the best ever!

I loved the decor from the hotel. Beautiful! Perfect location walking distance to everywhere.We did the trolley tour and recommended. The rooftop has an amazing view from the restaurant and another location. The church! The bells from the church will be your alarm. Our breakfast was included with our booking and it was delicious. We had chilaquiles, juice, coffee and huevos a la Mexicana. I would definitely stay here again and highly highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this place; we had a fantastic stay. Super central, great food, the staff was fabulous. We stayed five nights and were totally pleased with the helpful people working at reception and in the restaurant. Great food, great cocktails, yummy sheets and blankets, the best views.

It's often noisy especially in the evenings, sometimes there's loud music so bring your ear plugs.

Beautiful building and room. Excellent location for walking everywhere. The staff are friendly and the room was clean. Great restaurants nearby, a few steps from the Jardín, quiet street that is pedestrian only, but you can open the gate to drive in and check-in.

We were on the top floor and it can be a little noisy with all the rooftop parties at night, but they don’t go too late. The water takes a good 5 minutes to warm up and there is almost no pressure for the shower.
