Hotel La Morada

Great location. Breakfast is outsourced to a 1-block-away restaurant, with great options. Super friendly personnel who took care of parking our car. Definitely, a must hotel in SMA.

Nearby church was ringing the bell every 30 min since ~6 am. However, this is outside the hotel's control.

the location was great, as well as all the staff and the size of the room. We received a suite with an extra small bedroom which was a nice surprise. The staff at the hotel helped us set up our Covid Tests to return to the US. It was overall a great experience.

The location is a gift and a curse. It's so close to EVERYTHING, including the church bells from the beautiful cathedral in the plaza. If you are an early riser, it may not bother you to hear the loud bells starting at 6am. If you tend to wake up a bit later, this may be a problem. The hotel does provide ear plugs but those didn't do much for me.

Excellent location within walking distance of pretty much everything. Staff was very helpful professional. Hotel group was clean and well maintained. Cleaning ladies are the most beautiful people went beyond to make you stay very comfortable. Safe area, quite restful at nights. And for morning breakfast you got about 5 locations within a block or two to walk. Wear comfortable shoes.

Great location. Nice interior design of rooms and bathrooms. Staff VERY kind and helpful - especially the gentleman with the dark hair and glasses. Nice views of the main church from premises. Very clean.

Church bells tolling thru all hours of the night. Hotel provided ear plugs. Other than church bells, noise levels were not excessive. Room 15 is quiet. Wi-fi was a bit spotty.

Location was everything! We were so close to the Square where there is so much to see and there were a lot of food options for dining close by as well! I Would definitely stay here again.

We did not have central air so nights were warm but the fans did help some. That would be the only negative comment but I’d stay again so it didn’t bother me much.

The location is perfect! it’s within walking distance to everything downtown. Staff was great and accommodating with everything we requested. It was clean stylish and roomy.

The Booking.com site said the room we got would also have a jacuzzi tub but they don’t offer the tub with room we chose on Booking.com

Very comfortable, clean, and the service was great!

The wifi in my room didn’t work, and there was a noise every 30 seconds, like a vibration, outside our room.

We had no breakfast and was not an option. Front desk people were always ready to help. Staff was great specially Carmen our housekeeper. Cesar and Juan Antonio front desk. Jose bell person. Just great.

Hot and cold shower was not easy to get to. Once your hot water gets kinda steady...it becomes cold and we have to manually do the hot water again and it takes a long time. It am so pissed at this,beautiful!

Location and very clean

As it is located next to the down town so it can be noisy at night. There is no A/C but fortunately, it was not that hot on the night we stayed so this was not a problem.

There was some construction in the middle yard started from 23:00 and continued until 1am. And it was restarted around 6:30am the next morning.
