Getting moved out of a poorly, furnished with furniture taking up too much room and windows with rotting cloth. I spoke to another couple about to leave their downstairs bedroom which they loved. I went to the receptionist and asked to be moved. She said yes! So I was in for the wonderful cook in the kitchen who served delightful breakfast

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. They held our bag before check-in and after check-out. They helped us when my husband had food poisoning (not from hotel food) bringing extra water and towels. The room was nice and clean. Location was great, very near the city centre and Cathedral.

The breakfast is only continental which means it's fruit, granola, yoghurt and bread. They offer a buffet breakfast in another hotel, 6 streets away, which was not ideal. The water was initially cold, but once we called reception they fixed it immediately and after this it was really hot water with great pressure.

I stayed in the Chocolate room. Check-in was easy, the staff were so nice, and I loved my room. The location is really central. Bed was great, AC was a nice comfort, and it was nice to have the sitting area. The rooftop has beautiful views.

On the first morning, the shower was really cold and didn’t warm up. I ended up taking showers in the middle of the day or in the evening my remaining days and the shower had hot water then. Probably just a fluke but be warned just in case.

The location is perfect and the room (particularly the bed) was extremely comfortable. Staff is friendly and excellent! Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day.

I wish I knew the room we rented was on the ground floor near reception and in front of the stairs. That said, it’s a small hotel and the location in a high traffic zone was not an issue, it never impacted our sleep or enjoyment of the great hotel during our stay be it at morning or night.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to accommodate us. Our room and the entire place is very clean. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and delicious pastries. We were given the option to eat our breakfast in our bedroom or anywhere else in the property. The rooftop patio is the way to go, they have an amazing view of the city.

My only suggestion would be to place a small refrigerator in the bedroom. We bought waters but were not able to keep them cold, also if you go out to eat you can't keep leftovers because there is not way to keep your food refrigerated once you get back to your room. However, the staff at the front desk were so great that one time we purchased a cake and they were able to store it in a refrigerator that they have access to and that was so niece of them.

Excellent location, with very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in the Azul room and my friend the Marrón. The continental breakfast was wonderful (especially when partaking on the rooftop terrace). We ventured down the hill twice to the sister hotel for a hot breakfast and it was also very nice - with chocolate to add to your coffee!

We stayed in the two rooms on the ground floor. But you should be aware that the other four rooms are upstairs.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a great rooftop terrace (great view over the city) and in a great location. It’s very close to the main sights, restaurants and bars. Even though it’s so close to the city centre it’s very quiet. The room I stayed in was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Also, the staff -especially the waiter- was so friendly and helpful. I could choose between breakfast in my room or on the terrace. There wasn’t a huge variety of breakfast items but it was all delicious and way more than I could eat (pastries as well as fruit and yogurt).

The only thing I could mention is that my bathroom didn’t have a real window so it was very dark and when I asked if I could get a more quiet room (to move away from the family upstairs from me that was watching kids shows on TV until late, so I was just unlucky there), staff said they’d note it down for the next day but the next day when I asked again nothing happened and no one had heard of my request.

Staff very helpful. Great location. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Comfortable bed. Great coffee in the room. We got a free hot breakfast at a partner hotel one day and a continental breakfast on the rooftop terrace another day. Both were very good. There was a bakery called Panio just down the street that had pastries to die for!

Very cute boutique hotel in an excellent location just blocks from the main square. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, clean and well maintained rooms with an amazing rooftop with views of the city. Bed was comfortable, with a good mattress and bedding. Great continental breakfast served on the rooftop terrace or in your room. You also have an option to have a full hot a la carte breakfast in their sister Hotel Casa Don Quijote located on the same street about 10 minutes walk away.

Perfect location, lovely quiet street blocks from the Jardin. Great terrace, espresso in the room, the bathroom is huge and so modern, the showerhead has great pressure., The bed was so comfy. I loved everything.

It is small, don't expect a lobby or restaurant/bar, or lounging area other than the terrace. Staff spoke little and broken English. I didn't mind this because I take every opportunity I can to practice my terrible Spanish.
