Hotel Mousai - Adults Only

The property is gorgeous, the room was perfect, and the food was amazing. The service was consistently fantastic everywhere we went. We also enjoyed the kayaking offered to us.

The reservation process for restaurants could have been better. Most of the restaurants were not busy so we didn't understand why we were required to have reservations for dinners later in the evening, 8 and 9pm. I also found a travelzoo deal for specifically Hotel Mousai, in the South Tower on a higher floor for about 50% less than what I paid through booking.com, and the price was 3 nights for $1,500, 2 guests per room, for a fourth night it was $589.

Extensive construction ongoing daily (including Saturday) starting early in the am. Noisy and very bothersome. Woke me up daily. Overpriced - definitely not a good value Watered-down cocktails Mediocre beach - small and rocky

Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooftop pool and bar our outstanding with beautiful view and great service for food and drinks. The restaurants are all really good. By far my favorite restaurant was the Sushi restaurant, which was excellent!

There was a mix up either with Booking or the Hotel. The description that I paid for said the room would be on a high floor and have butler service. Our room was on 4th floor which was pretty low. We did not get a butler assigned until I read the booking description and went to ask at front desk. Also the corner rooms have a big part of their view blocked by the tower in front.

great service, beautiful hotel and roof top pool. Food was very good with only a few misses. The staff were overly attentive to your needs and wants. Loved the dining on the beach.

Didn’t like the fact that some of the restaurants were not adults only. Also, when the restaurant became busy it took too long to order and get food.

Hotel Mousai was even better than I imagined. Beautiful resort in a lovely location. Customer service was exceptional. You were waited on hand and foot. We never wanted for a thing. Already planning our next trip.

We loved the hotel! The staff was incredible, they think of every detail! Everyone was super friendly, even other guests. The view in the rooftop is amazing. If we ever go back to Puerto Vallarta we will definitely stay here again. We didn’t get the all inclusive and we regret the decision.

The only downside of Mousai would be that is kind of far away from the town. Like 20-30 minutes. But at the same time the location is beautiful, you’re surrounded by the jungle in the back and the ocean up front. Just an amazing view!

everything was so beautiful! I felt so pampered and catered to! The grounds were immaculate! The staff was wonderful!

I would say the sales pitch but they weren’t even pushy with that. There was a short blackout after a bad storm passed through but things were back up and running in no time!

Amazing facilities to enjoy, great restaurants, very comfortable room, friendly service.

It was a short stay so we felt a little overwhelmed because they are trying to sell shared vacation/ Hotel membership.

further from downtown area if you want to explore more of Puerta Vallarta… but the resort has everything you could ask for so if you just plan on staring there the whole trip, it is perfect.

Beautiful. Everything is well thought out and you are well taken care of the entire time. After living and traveling to Mexico for 20+ years, this seriously was the best time Mexico!!
