Fiesta Inn Periferico Sur

Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Check out staff were professional, prompt, and friendly.

Check in staff were not welcoming. They made it seem as if I was not valued as a guest. Electrical outlet adjacent to in room sink did not function. TV Remote did not function well and was not user friendly. According to front desk, we were unable to use the in room phone to contact a guest in another room in the hotel. Plank flooring in room had several exposed open joints.

it was comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. close to a lot of attractions. big shopping center behind it. the downstairs breakfast was awesome and the view from the 12th floor was awesome waking up to see the city from my window. fresh coffee every morning and evening in the hallway so no need to go downstairs. pool was awesome and also a gym. i loved the stay.

The place overal is great, the staff is very helpful and provide you all your needs, the gym has the necesary items to keep you updated and the room is very comfortable, the desk chair is very comfortable as well

I don´t like the Bathroom that much, is small and looks old, I´d Expect a more modern version for a hotel at this price

Location on Periferico Sur, a main highway used to get to many Mexico City south attractions. if you are attending a game or concert at Estadio Azteca is a perfect location

the food at the restaurant was actually surprisingly good for a chain hotel. Bed and pillows are super soft and comfortable.

bathtub is a little wore out, nothing else.

The service by the personnel at breakfast. A guy very polite Raul. People at front desk and bell boy, was also very good. Always willing to support.

Room cleanliness. The shower quite old. They didn't leave several bottles of water. In the gym they have two bikes and none was useful! Suggestion to put some small towels in the gym. Also to put a clock on the wall.

staff was very kind, the room has enough space, is very close to the Azteca stadium which is good if you are traveling for a Soccer game, there is a Mall about 2 minutes walking

Comfy and clean, located next to a mall with plenty of food option, staff were super friendly and helpful (in Spanish and English), facilities were all in great condition and again really clean and covid conscious

Air con was a little bit noisy
