Second time staying here and had a wonderful experience. I love Coyoacan, the area is perfect and the hotel itself is in the perfect location, close to the Frida Kahlo museum as well as downtown coyoacan. Staff is wonderful, we only had breakfast once at the hotel since our excursion was really early but the cook prepared us a great breakfast, they brought us tea every night. They pay great attention to detail and always make sure you are having a great experience. They offer many amenities that we have yet to try, they have many suggestions on what to do or where to eat. 10/10 experience, will definitively stay again.

This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in, as soon as you walk in you feel that your vacation has started, the staff was soo attentive Fernanda and Bernardo received us with an amazing attitude and were very welcoming, the room is not that big but very cozy, clean and with all the amenities you need, it includes a mini fridge with water, milk and coconut water, they also offer service of spa and they have an amazing breakfast with a lot of options, they even ask you what is your favorite breakfast so they can make pretty much whatever you want, at nighttime Adriana offer us tea and brought it to our room with a cute note. we were so happy and comfortable there that we really didn’t want to leave and we were sad that we were staying just one night. I hope that we can go back soon to Mexico City to enjoy our vacation in this amazing place. Very recommended

The sheets have some little stains but nothing too crazy.

I like small guest houses that are personal. In this case, my husband came down with COVID ( probably from eating inside a crowded restaurant on our first night). I had to get another room to isolate from him. Nancy was wonderfully helpful in juggling schedules. Happily, since my husband is vaccinated and thrice boosted, his symptoms were gone in 3 days. Roberto brought tea every night. Breakfast was great.

There isn’t anything that I disliked. I loved the neighborhood of Coyoacan and the lovely guide, Lion Ollivieri, who spent two days with us. This visit was as close to perfect as it gets for us

We didn't miss anything at this hotel. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located in Coyoacan near Frida Kahlo Museum. It is a very nice quater of Mexico City. The interior of the hotel is nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The TV even had Netflix. Ximena and Ivan speak english well and were always very nice and helpful. We would also like to thank Carmen and Valeria as well as all other employees for their services!

The hotel is a small, 4 room boutique. Each room has its own particular charm. The personal attention and the staff's attempts to address one's needs is what makes this place truly special. The gluten and dairy-free breakfasts prepared by Perla and Alexa were absolutely amazing! They even provided delicious gluten and dairy-free pastries from a nearby bakery. Wonderful black chia seed pudding, eggs, fresh juices, fruit, etc. The terrace is lovely for breakfast. They arranged a wonderful deep tissue massage at the spa. The large bathtubs are delightful. Nancy, Andy and Maria Jose really try to help address requests for restaurant suggestions and reservations, printing documents, arranging airport taxis and other things. They speak excellent English in addition to Spanish. The nightly tea service with a sweet brought to your room is a very nice touch. Carolina, the owner, gave me a lovely tour of Coyoacan via her company The Trusty Compass, including the market and Sunday bazaar, and was delightful to spend time with. Highly recommended!

There was no system in place to provide an invoice in a standard format required for business travelers. This should be fairly simple to improve.

The staff was wonderful: friendly, quick, professional, and always there. Breakfast was spectacular, and the rooms were very nice. I say "rooms" because we needed to move since the toilet in our first room became separated from the floor! Location is perfect and the lobby and breakfast areas are lovely. Great music, too!

I think that the place needs to be physically reviewed more frequently, as a business, instead of waiting for problems to appear, as in one's own house. For example, the above-mentioned toilet, but we also lacked hot water for a day in our second room, where the shower door is sagging and might shatter at any moment.

Nicely decorated, small hotel. Room spacious and super comfortable bed. Staff is really nice, Ivan and Fernanda really made us feel like at home. Delicious breakfast with lots of options to choose from.

Wifi was spotty and didn’t work at times. We were also surprised to be charged around 25 Euros for a simple plastic umbrella which we had forgotten at a restaurant. absolutely fine to be charged but 25 Euro seemed excessive for that umbrella.

We stayed in the Agata Room which was very spacious and clean. The ambience of the hotel is chic and the staff were all super attentive and hospitable knowing that we are here to celebrate our wedding anniversary with lots of nice surprises sprinkled throughout our stay which made it memorable.

It is in the heart of Coyoacán and thus the perfect spot for just everything! Service was just great, I received a tray with tea and a cookie with a personal note from Iván every night and the food was just delicious. Loved it!

It was very clean and smelled great, just the floor could have been a tiny litlle bit cleaner

The design and energy of this boutique hotel is like your chic cool home away from home. The location is a charming neighborhood next Frieda Cala Museum and lovely walking area. The outdoor dining is well designed
