Beautiful room, close to many things

-Noise street, -bedroom’s curtain doesn’t reach the floor, making the street light illuminate the bedroom at night. -The air conditioner, even it say is 21 c, it feels very warm and uncomfortable

Excellent apartment fully furnished, quite big for a group, the location is excellent in the Polanco district which has a lot of cafés, restaurants, shopping places and is not too far from the Chapultepec castle/museum. The neighborhood is really cool with a lot of walking spaces and is pretty safe. The apartment was nice, cozy and affordable.

Only one minor issue was they wouldn't change the towels for couple of days, we assumed that with housekeeping the towels would be changed and we never mentioned it to the staff as we would be out exploring the city and would come back to see that the towels aren't changed, and at night there is no reception/housekeeping

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Anthropology museum and park. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy to get any thing you need. Also very easy to commute in the city using Uber. The facility itself is very comfortable, modern and clean and staff are attentive, extremely polite and pleasant. The individual suite was just right for our party of four and the bedrooms are very spacious. There really isn’t anything that’s lacking. There is a laundry in the basement as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

There wasn’t anything not to like

Excellent property in the heart of the Polanco district, easily walkable to many wonderful restaurants and of course, Chapultapec park and its museums. We loved the security, beauty, and quiet of Polanco Residencial, and of course the spacious suite with its comfortable beds -- it was a wonderful place to retreat after a busy day spent exploring CDMX. The balconies overlooking the inner courtyard were a wonderful asset to the well-appointed rooms -- the huge windows made the place feel even more spacious. Delightful place to be.

There was so much to love at this place, so I will definitely be back someday. If I have to think of one constructive suggestion -- I wish they had been more generous with the Nespresso coffee they provide en suite, but there was also a wonderful coffee place right down Isaac Newton, El Globo.

Wonderfully clean and new. We were in a room that was facing the courtyard and it was very quiet.

I was not happy about getting a 5 page contract to sign at check-in that was only in Spanish. I imagine that it an English version would not be a problem. Also, the same thing happened with along list in Spanish about what was in the apartment. We had neither been to the room or understood Spanish. This was odd. Also, It would be good to have the coffee packet replenished everyday especially since I really never saw any "breakfast" in the lobby as had been advertised.

The rooms were cleaned daily The area was safe There was a restaurant across the street in case you don’t want to go far. It is located one block away from Masaryk St where one finds nice stores and nice St to walk on. Walmart express is one block away for purchasing fruits.

The breakfast was extremely sparse and the lady in charge of setting it up was not interested to leave adequate amount of food for more than 1-2 persons at a time and some people would just walk away. Unfortunately there was couple of cockroaches in the shower and kitchenette sink.

Location is good, the renovation of the apartments are contemporary which I love, the staff was amazing and kind, the apartments are super clean and for me that's the most important thing. The process to check in & out was fast and efficient. When I come back I will stay there, it is a no brainer

There were just 2 down points in this property. One is that the beds are noisy, if you have light sleeping that's going to be a problem. And the second one is that they have a building next door that allows parties for young people who put on the music during the weekend like they are in a venue. I was traveling with my little daughter and we were unable to sleep until 2 pm on Saturday, there is no way to stop that according to the staff because every building has its own rules.

Location was great. Walmart very close by and nice restaurants too

The booking process was not transparent. We booked a junior suite and asked for an outside looking suite in upper flowers. we were given a suite facing an inside patio on the first floor. We stopped again and booking offered an upgrade. It was also exterior on the first floor which resulted in a much noisier room. we were not told by staff upon checking that there were laundry facilities in the basement. we were a party of 5 and the sofa bed was not made and all the dishes and silverware were for 4 people

This apartment was QUIET, even room to room. The curtains close to near darkness. The neighborhood was safe and upscale. You can use the ATM at Citibanamex about two blocks away and get pesos straight from a U.S. Wells Fargo Bank or B of A debit card using your regular PIN for a fee under $10. It's just a 20 minute walk though a shaded and charming area to get to the Museo Nacional de Antropología. Leave early for your return flight home... traffic back to the airport is stop and go. We would totally stay at Grand Polanco Residencial again.
