I loved the hosts helpfulness, and kindness. The whole place, the room and the bathrooms were perfectly clean, I loved that they really care about it. The wifi worked very well, it was fit for working. The breakfast was fantastic, the neighborhood was excellent and safe, there is a supermarket and many many really good restaurants nearby. The sights are easily accessible (I haven't used public transport, but Uber in Mexico city is pretty cheap). That might be a best choice in Mexico City, especially if you traveling alone and sense of safety is important for you.

There wasn't any problem. Everything was perfect.

Great little B&B well located in a safe area. Yoga studio, restaurants, everything is close. The breakfast are big and good! It is clean! I had the room with private bathroom which I recommend! Very pink!

Nothing! Maybe just the fact that the blanket and bed was too warm, even eith removing most of them. They should have a "light" set for warmer day. The pillows must be changed, they are very flat, I had to take 2!

Staff is incredibly nice. Keep in mind we are Mexican and there was no language barrier. They make you feel as if you were part of their family. Home made breakfast really good. Location Amazing in the heart of Polanquito. Gelato place at the corner. Maison kaiser across the street for an amazing latte espresso with the best croissant in Mexico.

It is an old building. Our bathroom was small and across our room. Privacy is not great. But it is a bed and breakfast so it was kind of expected. Still for the price, the staff and location, it is a good value.

Amazingly friendly and kind staff, Enriquetta and Ester were great and the breakfast super fresh and original mexican style! Room (Baby blue) was huge, same our bathroom. Felt more like staying among friends in a private house than being in an B&B

Lights in our room made a very artificial light, some warmer lights would have been nice for the evenings. Being so close among other guests during breakfast also means sometimes bumping into ones less friendly and polite, which unfortunately happened to us once :-( (Not the fault of the property, of corse!)

Very good communication with owner, kind lady preparing breakfast and taking care of the apartment (although very difficult to communicate in English), decoration feels completely as Mexican and very typical also in the common room - you may not find a better place to breath Mexican art and living, flexibility at checkout, very good neighbourhood safe and loads of restaurants around

You need to like the experience sharing an apartment (with private bed room) with several other guests (we enjoyed the experience but wrong choice if seeking privacy like in a hotel), apartment may need some renovation but overall quality is a good standard (note that bed rooms do not have direct access to bathroom), we did not feel comfortable in first room facing backyard and air con but were allowed to change room and much liked the twin double facing the street with nice balcony

The location was absolutely unbeatable! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Fantastic service, great breakfast, quiet and clean, easy access to great dining and parks and sight seeing abs shopping. We loved our stay here! Couldn’t be better. Also we received great instructions on how to find the place before arrival and our flight got in late so we didn’t arrive until 2am … someone happily received us and showed us our room.

Staff is amazing, food is good, has everything you need and more, is comfortable and good.

The bathroom thing , we get private one but it is outside, just across the room but still outside, I wish the bathroom was inside. I know they have a room with inside bathroom. Bathroom was clean and good.

Everyone was so attentive and great during our stay! If you have specific needs, like I did with my senior mom, just let them know ahead of time and they will accommodate you. The breakfast is plenty and delicious. Perla provided so much great info on places to go and how to get around. We also met other great guests during breakfast time. I had already been here, came back and will keep coming back here. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

I liked the staff and I liked that when I asked them to change rooms they did change me without hesitation.

I did't like that the first room they gave me was super loud at night, even with earplugs i could hear singing out of my window.

The apartment location is ideal, right by the park, restaurants, galleries etc. The owner and her staff where wonderful in making sure my great dane dog and I had a great stay. Nice decor. Comfy place.
