Excellent location, spacious suites, walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops. lovely breakfast, excellent options for lunch and dinner too, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Eric and the man on the night shift were so helpful , joyful and friendly. Complimentary bottles of water, nice yard,and safe place as it’s gated.

slippers please for the room. One night people occupying the room upstairs were walking with their shoes and it was so loud and awful. Tv had a problem, but i didn’t report it.

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was good wardrobe space with drawers, a safe, and an iron/iron table. The blinders block the luminosity efficiently.

The breakfast is very basic, with limited options of choice. Especially poor choices for vegetarians. The light in the bathroom was a bit faint and in front of the mirror, there was not enough luminosity to put on makeup.

Excellent helpful staff despite an occasional language difficulty. Large, comfortable room which was always kept immaculately clean. Nice breakfast included. The place is well located in an attractive, safe part of Mexico City with lots of good restaurants nearby and with good transport links to the city centre. My travelling companion stayed at the Hyatt Regency and I thought my room here was just as good as his and cost a lot less.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very attentive in constantly picking things up and ensuring that the breakfast items were replenished. Staff, especially Armando, were great - very welcoming and helpful. Great location in the heart of Polanco.

It could get a tad noisy - it's a concrete building and sometimes other patrons were loud speaking.

The service is so good especially Felipe, he is a decent gentlemen helped me a lot whenever have a need, thank you so much for being patient with me! And the location is really good for stay, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops. The accommodation also feels good!

The WiFi is not so stable that I'll suggest you use mesh or signal amplifier.

Staff was awesome, my room was very spacious, the cleanliness was absolutely excellent, the hotel's location was wonderful, the price was accessible, there was lots of greenery inside the hotel's facilities (plants, little park with grass). I want to come back!

I didn't like the hotel's breakfast but it didn't matter because I had my own kitchen and could prepare it for myself; the electric kitchen stove was ancient and took forever to warm up!

Room was very comfortable. Hotel had great amenities and was in a clean, safe location. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options for different tastes. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful.

Wifi was sometimes a little slow, though usually it worked decently well (one of my travel mates was able to use zoom without issue).

The location can't be beat. Within walking distance to parks, museums, restaurants, cafes, zoo, etc. Our suite was huge and even had a washer and dryer. Bed, linens and towels all great. The staff was wonderful especially our butler Felipe Munoz - he was amazing. Couldn't have been better. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Mexico City.

The location at Polanco was a great choice. Nice neighborhood, safe and beautiful, with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is lovely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Eric, the head butler, has an eye for the smallest details and always gave immediate support and assistance ( in English).

Great location! Exceptional staff. Rooms are a bit small BUT the location and the staff make it all worth it. Would stay again.

The only thing is that it can be a bit noisey. Rooms are very close together and house keepers will knock at 8 am unless you have do not disturb up
