Las Suites Campos Eliseos

Great location, very clean, friendly and attentive staff, nice gym and spa, good breakfast - i totally recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit CDMX

- While I appreciate the nice shower room and the rain shower, but adding a shower handle would be a good idea. I shower twice a day and, rain shower as the only option, makes it difficult for me not to get my hair wet ( even with the shower cap on)- showering was not convenient - was not a big fan of shampoo and body shower gel

Providing good facilities and necessary things you need. Helpful staff. Pretty stylish design and nice atmosphere. I had a balcony with a good street view.

a bit noisy at night because of the streets. Small gym and pool but better than nothing. Good breakfast with lots of stuff but not much delicious.

The staff were amazing. From Daniel meeting us at the front door (after a long delayed flight). He took care of everything. The Front desk staff, restaurant, housekeeping, all super attentive and very professional.

hotel wifi is horrible, when you are connected by any chance, it is very very slow; often time you are just disconnected for no reason, impossible to use the hotel wifi. We end up bought a Mexico SIM card to use the data for stable internet.

Great location in the polanco district, spacious suites, mostly business oriented, good breakfast options.

The restaurant food is not great, this is a miss as we would have liked to eat in some times. The room could be noisy, so I asked to be in tower 1, more far from the highway, and turn off the very noisy fridge.

This is our 4th stay at Las Suites. We love the location, the hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff are friendly.

in the past I have eaten a lot of their banana bread, this year they didn’t have it….lol

the food need severe help! Maids should not be so aggressive to clean at 8:45 am with check out being later than this excellent checkin and check out! comfortable. soaps were missing from boxes

We had a great stay the team are fab very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was perfect. And the roof top pool was a added bonus.

The only down side was the traffic noise 24/7 but what can you do.

Everything was perfect from the location to the staff. Also the breakfast has a large choice of food for all tastes. The room are very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The personal is very welcoming. We would definitely come back !
