Casa Acueducto - Lujo Cultural

We liked the neighborhood and location away from the main hustle/bustle of the centre. It was about a 20 minute walk to the zocalo but lots of cute cafes, shops, street art to stop at along the way. If travelling solo, I wouldn’t have wanted to walk on my own at night but we felt safe as a family making our way back after dark. The building is aesthetic and feels newly renovated and well maintained. There was a hot tub available on the deck but we never used it in the 5 days we stayed. Having complimentary coffee and to be able to fill up our water bottles was really nice. There is a beautiful bakery down the street called, Corazon, were we got French pastries to go with the coffee in the morning and there’s a juice/smoothie bar across the road. The room was cleaned/refreshed daily. For our short stay it was perfect. Ricardo was welcoming and really sweet. He gave us lots of good information/tips about our day trips and was always smiling.

We liked everything however it should be mentioned that the bathroom is really small/tight space. We’re not tall people so it was okay for us but it was a bit of a tight squeeze to use the toilet. A suggestion for the property: a few hooks outside the bathroom would be handy to hang our towels.

Clean and central (although was a bit of a struggle to get anywhere in the heat with 5 year olds). The staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help. They organised an early airport transfer fir us. Coffee is available daily. A lovely hotel.

Note the lack of air on. Was manageable with fans. The hot tub is cool unless you run the hot water for a while!

Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful staff, really these people are very nice! Entering both the apartment building and room goes with code (so no chances of losing a key). The second floor has a jacuzi and small terrace overlooking the city and mountains (nice for late afternoon chills). Would defenitely come back here

Not really a bad point for me, but the hotel is a bit out of the center (15min)

friendly staff, beautiful room, hot tub on the balcony with nice view, let us check in early, free coffee and filtered water in main area.

the shower was difficult to get to the correct temperature. but still had hot water. their luggage storage was also charged in USD and was very expensive.

Lovely Casa in a charming area 20 mins walk from central, helpful and friendly staff, lovely room with modern furnishings and bathroom.

To make even better, suggest a mini fridge and a kettle, for those of us who don’t drink coffee 😊

great location, close to the town square/downtown rooms were well equipped Ricardo was very helpful and knowledgeable. When picking us up from the airport gave us a mini tour of the area, recommendations and was happy to help with all our enquiries

We hope when we visit next time, a mini fridge in the room would be helpful!

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and spacious with everything we needed. Loved having a coffee machine in the room! Bed was very comfy too! Located in a nice area with plenty of nearby amenities - the walk into the historic centre is lovely.

Great location in barrio of Xochimilco, clean comfortable room in brand new hotel with good wifi, very friendly owners who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful.

Such an amazing stay - staff were so helpful and the room with balcony was so so gorgeous for the price. Neighbourhood is lovely and a short walk to center
