Hotel Casa Conzatti

Nice hotel located across from a park and a few blocks from El Centro. Double room has full-size beds (not queen), a coffee maker, AC, and a jar of water refilled each day. Also our room was on the second floor so it had a balcony. Hot water with good pressure. Restaurant, located in the courtyard, has good breakfast (only meal we ate there)and drinks. Other restaurants and bars within walking distance.

My bed was extremely hard however my son's had a little more give. (I should have tested the beds before choosing 🙄) You get noise from people in the courtyard restaurant which isn't good if you go to bed early. Only stairs to second floor.

Cool, clean, quiet and close to everything. Rooms were a good size and my adult sons happy to share with two double beds. Restaurant on site is good but the lovely terrace upstairs is not being used which was part of the reason I booked for some morning sunshine and views of the hills. After staying in a couple of Airbnbs it was nice to come back to a hotel for two nights. No key or water hassles.

Nice staff, very clean room, good wifi, great location.

I was in an end room near the walkway below. Some guests were noisy. It was hard to communicate. As a non Spanish speaker I don't know if I could have gotten along without my friend who spoke a little Spanish. One waiter employee spoke decent English. His name was Aurilio. Nice guy.

the location is excellent in order to reach the centre of Oaxaca.next to many restaurants and bars and in a very safe area.the staff was excellent and kind and the restaurant of the hotel was also very good.

there asnt something in particular, and for the money the value is very good.

Casa Conzatti is conveniently located near the center of Oaxaca making it easy to walk to restaurants, markets, museums and other interesting sites. The inside of the hotel is well appointed, and the staff is very friendly!

It took a while for the hot water to get to the shower in our room on the second floor.

Loved the Location near La Llana and Conzetti parks and Jatatlaco. WIFI, AC, beds, hot water. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good value. Security box. Gave us a carafe of drinking water. Quiet. Restaurant on site but lots of close. food options, especially the excellent Blason coffee shop.

Nothing I didn’t like. We stayed at 4 different hotels in Oaxaca from $37-$100 and this gave the best value.

the hotel is open and fresh. I appreciate the architecture, the curved arches, open dining area and hallways.

this is a bit silly, but I would have liked more color in my room, to fit the style of the hotel.

I liked a lot the location, close to the city center, and in front of a park. I also liked the building, is very nice. The rooms are spacious.

I think the breakfast should be included for that price, the rooms could include a refrigerator. My room was not very luminous, I would appreciate more light. It was located on the main floor, not upstairs.

Beautiful park across the street, and a bigger one (El Llano) a short distance away. Easy walk to Jalatlaco. Good sized room.

Room looked a little run down, and the hotel felt like a corporate chain.

Everything, the hotel was so cozy, clean, the customer service was excellent. Definitely I'll come back on my next visit. 🤩
