It is a very nice place, you feel at home straight away. It is located in a residential area and there is security at the gate. The host is amazing, very friendly and always attentive and responsive. We only needed to stay for one night and leave the next early morning, so it was perfect for us, but for this reason maybe we didn’t have the chance to discover the surrounding area and we cannot say whether there are restaurants around or not. However, be aware that the neighbour’s dog is very loud at times. All in all it was great and Mariana is an amazing host, recommended!

The toilet is a bit small for 2 people, but it is definitely doable!

Mariana's home is like a little heavenly haven. My room was really well furnished, bed really comfortable, cute little bathroom, airco works great and everything in the house was great. Felt so at home. The hosts are so kind always checking up on any needs and giving great suggestions and info about the city and what to do. The area is fantastic. Super safe gated street with guard at all times and easy to go pretty much anywhere.

The best place in Cancun if you stay for a few days or only for 1 night (near the airport). It was our last night in Cancun and we went to the airport early in the morning. Mariana, the host, was very very nice. you can text her at any time on whatsapp if there are any questions and she drove us to the airport for a small amount. Everything was so easy going and the place is really safe and the house is sooo beautiful and clean. i definetly recommend if you visit cancun!

A lot. Let's start with the host and her daughter. Mariana and Marianita treated us like we are part of the family. Their place is a home for us. They were kind and caring. They are also travellers so they understand your needs. They help us out with our tours and even give us tips on how to ride taxis like a local. Mariana is always one call ahead whenever we need everything that's why our confidence in exploring cancun is at it's peak. They even surprised us a small party and enjoyed with us in our very special day. I thought we already had the best homestay in Georgia but this one is way way better than that. We really felt at home. Secondly, the place. It is very safe. It is inside a well lit subdivision and has a security guard 24/7. Their security guard, Miguelito is also the best. He has the highest energy. He tried his very best to communicate with us despite the language barrier. He is a very happy person. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy their trip in Cancun. I will assure you that this place will make your vacation extra special.

The location is in a quiet area of ​​Cancun, with guarded parking. Very good breakfast and the atmosphere was family, and the host was very kind and helped us with information about places to have fun and visit in the city.

Very nice place à home away from home - feel good and comfy immediately . Mariana is SUPER!!! Very caring and attentive and helpful and interesting to talk with. She picked us up from the airport and helped with all we needed. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Marianna helped us a lot with all practical things the first day of our trip through Mexico.

Bathroom not inside the room, we did not find this a problem.

Conveniently located, away from touristic nuisances, close to supermarkets and convenience stores, not far from main roads. Very clean and well kept place.
