We stayed overnight between flights. The hotel is well placed for the airport (about 20 minutes by car) and the shuttle to the airport went smoothly. (The shuttle is free, but the driver expects a tip on arrival). The shuttle does not operate from the airport to the hotel. The staff were very helpful in booking (then changing the booking) for the shuttle; in the event we were the only passengers to the airport. Breakfast was a generous buffet and more than adequate for our needs. We appreciated the swimming pool: the water was a bit cloudy (an open-air pool near busy roads) but absolutely clear of any leaves, insects, etc. It was a pleasure to be able to swim before our long flight home. The hotel is next to a shopping centre with a choice of places to eat.

Cancun is big, so being close to the airport means other parts of the city are relatively far away. We had originally intended to visit a museum or other place of interest, but due to limited time in the end we stayed close to the hotel. But hey, you take your choice.

We arrived very late in Cancun and decided to travel to our hotel in Valladolid the next morning. This was the nearest hotel I could find, but everyone was so helpful and friendly. We were given a nice family room, perfect to crash after a long journey, and got up to a lovely breakfast before heading in our way. Great location, good food and room, and great staff!

Overall it was good a little overpriced but good.I think it's near a posh community and it's a new building and very secure.Rooms were clean and as per the hotel sanitized.Its near Walmart,Sam's club and a few restaurants and one to airport.It has a small pool as well.Also free breakfast but starts at 6am.

Better rates definitely because it was ridiculous to pay over 250Usd for 1 night.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful! Check-in was fast, they helped to orientate me as to where the pool, restaurant etc was and they even ordered me a taxi for my departure early the next morning. The room is simple, but comfortable and very quiet. This location is good if you need one night before a flight, but it is too far to enjoy the city. That said, it is located in a small shopping square with TGI Friday's, Sally's beauty, Starbucks etc.

The doors slam in the hallway, so other guests arriving late/departing early wake you up. I think it too expensive...

Staff and services was great. Front desk staff was amazing and the cleaning crew was on point. The Hotels was close to every store and food place. Very happy with my stay.

Very clean, silent, comfortable

There were only 2 towels in the bathroom. We had no remote control for the tv. The breakfast service was so very crowded.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice with good orange juice.

The price we had to pay in check-in was around 20% more than it was on our booking.com confirmation. We booked for 4 persons and there were only 2 towels in the room.

Staff were super helpful. Outstanding Mexican Restaurant, Flor de Lis, with delicious Budin de Tamale, across the street. Located in a yuppie safe area with restaurants, while being convenient off main highway, and great full breakfast included.

Room ready early as requested. Really great beds and pillows. Easy to get around area. Free hot breakfast - really more choices than expected. So close to many area restaurants in short walk.

Wished stayed more than one night.
