No breakfast included but we had a kitchen and were very happy to be able to make our own breakfast since I came for medical. The location is beautiful. On the seafront and a lovely place to walk. But, at night it gets noisy as it is a gathering place for the city with music and food carts. A real bonus for some and not for others. We were fine with it.

Lighting, especially need a good light over the bathroom sink. Over all it is dim - maybe be part of the ambiance though. But, we like light in our bathroom and kitchen.

Friendly and accommodating staff. There was an issue with the booking dates upon email confirmation and staff assisted to resolve the issue. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop has a small pool and nice lounge area to hang out. Excellent location right on the bayside. Near to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and street food vendors. Staff offered to hold our luggage for us after checkout if we wished to tour the city for the rest of the afternoon.

Only downside if you’re driving is that there is no parking lot but the staff were helpful in locating curbside parking in front of the hotel.

Small boutique hotel right on the Malecon. They upgraded us to a lovely loft suite, which had plenty of space, high ceilings, a full kitchen and seating area. There was a great rooftop area with a dipping pool and incredible views of the waterfront. The staff are friendly and attentive.

While the mattress was comfortable, the bedding wasn't great - there was no bottom sheet and the pillowcases were crunchy. There was an also an unattached headboard sitting on a lledge behind which makes a lot of movement and noise.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Juanita is the nicest host! We got a room upgrade and had a fantastic room, with a small kitchen, lounge area and great bathroom. Value for money is unbeatable. The hotel is right at the seafront and the small pool on the roof is extra! When we came back to Chetumal for our ferry, we stayed here again and would do so anytime in the future!

I love having a kitchenette so we don't have to eat out every meal. The view is beautiful and the location is close to everything we need. And, the bed was a king, not a queen as expected, so even better.

The bathroom lighting is dim and the bathroom faucets in the room we stayed this visit need to be cleaned so the water flows better.

Beautiful room with balcony and view of the boulevard and the sea. Very accommodating staff who arranged onward transportation and picked me up when I arrived in Chetumal. My room was an upgrade and was fantastic. Juanita Lara gave me a very comprehensive briefing at check in and directions for the area surrounding.

We had Dona Sonia Suite: The staff very friendly and helpful..even though we checked in late.. Large open concept..bed very comfortable , fully A/C..Hot Pressure shower...and as a treat: coffee pods given to make our morning coffee!!

The only challenge was climbing the Stairs🙃

Great location close to the ferry to Belize which was just what we needed. The staff were superb especially Juanita who helped us with our travel arrangements and making local bookings and made sure we had all we needed

Juanita went above and beyond, helping us order a taxi for early in the morning and relieving our stress. The hotel is in a great location, right near the sea with lots of good places to eat at nearby.
