The room and hotel were clean. The room we had was smaller than we remembered from a previous stay. The beds were o.k. but seem a bit hard. (I am 20+ yrs. older than the last time we were there so maybe it was just my age! HA!) We did not use the pool although they looked quite nice We did not eat in the restaurant for there seemed to be little for vegetarians to eat.

I like its location, its on the city center. Bed was comfortable. The shower was good enough to take a bath. The owner or manager gave us a warm welcome at the entrance. Two pools and 1 jacuzzi is an excellent idea.
I guess they should put a sign that says something like "keep silent at 10pm" on the walking areas. I heard the noise of other guests at 11pm from our room.

The staff at the restaurant was slow and took long to attend to us . Was suppose to be a a first come first service bug they ignore us and attended to other persons that arrived after us

very clean and well kept. This historic hotel has hosted presidents and dignitaries for many years. it continues to be a popular place in the center of Chetumal. we always love to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

The view was really nice, I loved that we were by the pool it was nice.
I didn’t like that the fact that you guys said no smoking and by the pool area smell high off weed. I legit caught a headache.
