Hacienda Paradise Hotel by BFH

The pool was good, the bed was super super comfortable! The location is great, I didn't hear any noise inside the room. If you want to stay close to the "party" places, this is perfect cause it's like 5 min walking, but not extremely close to all the noise. But, there are better areas a bit further away. The pool was nice and relaxing and the breakfast wasn't that bad. It's a simple breakfast but it's good for starting your day and then eating more things somewhere else. It's definitely not in it's prime, but it's way better than others that I saw in the same area. (Side note: playa del Carmen is in general super trashy, so I would definitely go to another town if your vibe is not trashy clubs and overpriced food)

The water pressure in the bathroom was not the best. Something to be improved.

The location is very good. The pool is nice and the staff friendly. Overall a good option for the price of this hotel.

No food or drink options available on site. This may be due to the pandemic and staffing issues. There was clearly once a bar and meals area next to the pool which is no longer operating. There was also asmall Spa area which is also no longer opeating.

Location was great close to 5th Avenue (though do be aware you can hear some noise from the street until 11 though this would be the case with any hotel so close) The room was very spacious, clean and very good value for money. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was also spacious. Had a massage on last day which was amazing. Staff were also very friendly and very welcoming.

Externally the hotel was very tired but there were workers taking off the render so hopefully this is being remedied. Once given an external repaint it would make the place look much better. Pool area is very verdant but does need a little refresh in areas The WiFi wasn't great in certain locations of the hotel room at certain times

The location is great. Near the Quinta Avenida, but not so near that it is too loud (although they do have earplugs available). The wifi was stable enough for me to work properly. The staff was helpful. They got me hot water for tea. A very simple breakfast (bread and fruit) is served at a little place across the street.

There were some minor issues with my room, but I soon got options to fix them.

Perfect location close to everything you need. Nice pool area. We also paid 100 pesos for person and had huge breakfast instead of continental which were offered for free. I loved that you can sleep calmly at night, even though it's in the center of PDC, you can't hear much of a noise at night

Room is kinda basic and pressure in the shower was terrible.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is great as it is in the middle of everything.

Be aware that this is still very close to the "party area" in playa, so while this is as close to calm as it gets in this area, if you want to go to bed early and not be woken up by guests that come home at 3 a.m. this is probably not the right place for you.

The staff is really kind and always available. The outdoor is always super clean and calm. We worked remotely there for almost a week and we did not have any issue with the WiFi. The room is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is a bit light

Spacious and clean rooms. Comfy beds and nice balcony. No noise from outside and Hotel is situated in the right location. Perfect place for the right price.

Water pressure from shower is an issue. Internet is not very stable in the rooms.

Big room with anything you need in it. The stuff was great and nice. Breakfast was honest. The location is great, 5th Avenue is behind hotel and the parking available in front of hotel(need to pay for parking, which is expected)

Everything was great

Great location, just one block away from 5th avenue. The fact you can just open the window and you are in the pool and the shampoo and conditioner made with honey were awesome.

The fact they didn't change the towels daily.
