I came to Puerto Morelos to check out a quieter and not-so-touristy place for future travels. The location of this hotel is right on the beach. I did not need a grand suite or room to stay in on this trip. The room that I had was more than sufficient for a 3-day stay. I will come back on some future date and will most likely take a bigger room.

The only MINOR thing would be that the internet cut off and on at times. I don't know whether it was due to the room location or the weather. I did not come to sit in the room and surf the internet so I did not care as much.

the view from the first floor ocean side suite the refrigerator, microwave and water provided the property is a comfortable 10 min walk into town, grocery store and restaurants. the hotel is also calm and quiet because it is away from the main downtown

tv didn’t work well and only air conditioning in the bedroom. the sofa sleeper in living room would be to hot to use

we got a room in other building in front to the building shown in the pictures, with no balcony or view to the street. even though the room was confortable but we expected see or pool view from the pictures

Google location it rained so we couldn’t go into the ocean or the pool

beds were comfortable but not pillows. I think they should supply two pillows per person

facing the beach was beautiful. abundant chairs and umbrellas. clean sand. windows and patio doors set up sufficient breeze to not need the AC. staff was friendly and helpful

Had to wait over an hour to have the ready finally ready for occupancy. Shower pressure was scanty. The spigot below had great water pressure coming out of it. Why not the top shower head? Coming up from the beach the facility to clean one's feet of sand, had a poor transition to higher ground where one still had to walk back on sand, which defeated the purpose of the foot shower coming off the beach!

This property is such a gem! Far enough away from the main square that you don’t have to compete with crowds and noise, but close enough to walk down to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc. It is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Ground floor was perfect, because you could literally walk out of your room onto their private beach. The private beach was one of the nicest we saw during our stay; lots of palm trees and plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs. The staff was always kind and eager to help. Would highly recommend!!!

- cleaning policy- when asked for our room to be serviced we were told it was once every 3 days - the shower didn’t drain very well, although it had a good pressure

Great location. Beach access with chairs and palapas for shade. Could easily access downtown Puerto Morelos with restaurants and grocery stores (Chedraui and Oxxo about 7 blocks away with a couple of kiosks only a few blocks away). We took a snorkeling tour at Dive Zone which was a great deal and an amazing experience (only one block away down the beach).

Low water pressure and facilities are a bit dated, but functional.

I stayed in two different rooms. The first was "city view" but it also had a deck with an ocean view! It was light and airy. Beautiful place.

Unfortunately the room was not dark enough for me to sleep in because there were security lights outside but they shone in the window. I stayed another night and chose "no view" and that had only 1 window so it was dark at night. Beautiful overall though in any case!
