From our junior suite on the ground floor we could view the beach and ocean and relax outside on the private patio. We enjoyed the large space and took advantage of the kitchen. Restaurants and good grocery store are about a 10 minute walk away. The beach is great! We booked it for only one day and liked the area so much we added 5 more days!

They need to improve the internet service and the couch isn’t the most comfortable. The shower needs adjustment so that water doesn’t go on the bathroom floor.

Great location right next to the beach where you can find some nice breakfast places. Walkable distance - over the beach or on the road - to the restaurants and town center. We had a 2BR apartment. Bed rooms were big, A/C did its work, bath rooms were functioning, kitchen had everything it needed. Please notice that Puerto Morelos is not for the party-goer, but for those who like a relaxing holiday at the beach. Only 20 minutes drive from Cancun airport.

The master bedroom should really have blackout curtains. As others also say, the (flood)lights of the neighbours light up the master bedroom all night long. Also we would have appreciated a few bottles of water, as we arrived late in the evening with no open shops nearby.

Spacious apartment, AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Good location, 1/2 block sway from the beach, in a residential area a short 5 to 15 walk away (even closer with rented bikes) along the main street filled with restaurants and shops (the street is also closed off to car traffic on the weekends). The pool is a nice amenity, especially after a long day.

The only oddity is that staff is onsite only 9a-5p. If checking in after 5p, you will need to go a block away to the sister location.

This is a great condo pretty much right on the beach in Puerto Morelos. Staff was helpful. Garden/pool/common area were clean and well cared for. Parking was easy. Just to describe the room (we stayed in 9B)--you can tell the air conditioner was retrofitted to the unit and the bedroom, which was just partitioned with a wall going up to about 2 feet from the ceiling. When they added the air conditioning, they closed in that space with glass. I hope this helps explain some people's comments about no air conditioning in the living area. For us, it was not a problem because we did not spend a ton of time in the room except for sleeping, and it was very comfortable. If we were there for a long time, we would leave the bedroom door open and the living room would slowly cool down. Also, the patio doors opened and there were fans which made for a lovely cross breeze in the evening. The kitchen had all your basic cutlery, plus a drip coffee maker and a blender. They were a bit skimpy on linens (2 small bath towels, small bathmat, and one washcloth) but the housekeeping was responsive to the sign that we stuck on the door every couple of days. Overall I loved this place, just a short walk to the plaza downtown but felt enough away from things that there was quiet and peace. Beach proximity is amazing. Our room was "partial ocean view" and I was totally satisfied with it. Overall a real gem and good value for the money.

Nothing, it was great and totally in line with my expectations.

Loved the location, so close to the beach, and slightly away from the hustle bustle of town. It was still close enough to walk to the town for food, etc. We also loved the space for our family of 6- having two full bathrooms and privacy of two bedrooms was really nice. The back patio was nice too. We appreciated that we could check out (for a $10 deposit) beach towels (and chairs, but they were gone when we asked). The pool was small but enjoyable. The office was kind enough to store our luggage after check out until it was time for our shuttle. We appreciated the big bottle (with pump) of filtered water to drink.

The shower didn't have very good pressure for washing my hair after a beach day. Housekeeping is not everyday, so be aware Enjoyed the beach-chill vibes

Room was big, easy access to the beach. Far enough from the restaurants and bars, so you might think it is quiet...

... Like pretty much everywhere in Mexico, you can hear everything from the hallways, the apartment's doors shut with a loud bang and echo,plus people who don't even bother to try and shut them quietly. Luckily most customers where families with youngish kids, so there rarely was noise much after 22.30. Pillows need to be changed. Room did not look like in the pictures, apparently most pictures are from the newer building, which we did not stay in.

Great start and end for our adventure around the peninsula. Easy to get from and to the airport. Great to be close to tge beach and the restaurants. Staff is super nice and helpful.

The only issue is checkin after 5pm. There is a tiny washed out sticker on the entry we totally did not see at night. Lucky for us a a couple was sitting by the pool who directed us a block away to the night check-in. We paid it forward the day we left to another couple ariving late.

This is a lovely five minute walk to the beach and it's close to the strip of restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely, there are beach bars with very good food and it's not so touristy or overcrowded. It's a quick walk to the center of town and to the dock where snorkeling boats leave. My room had a full kitchen which I used for breakfast. I wish I had stayed longer, hopefully I'll get to come back.

The Puerto Morelos beach sometimes gets a lot of seaweed. There was some when I was there and it was okay, but I hear at some points in time it's worse.

This location to the beach and town is excellent. The views from the rooms (and rooftop) provide great views of the gulf and sunsets. The walk into town is short, there are small stores nearby to get the necessities for the kitchen. The circulator bus into and out of town is outside the front door. There are beach bars up and down to go into every day. Towards town is good snorkeling with the Oho cenote pumping fresh water into the ocean and drawing in lots of fish. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pans to create anything at home instead of dining out.

This is the second time we stayed here and there is nothing that we could find not to like. The beds are firm, the sheets and towels clean and plentiful. As travelers who go for the experience of the culture and not the housing it is perfect. If you want an all-inclusive, this is not your style.

The location was ideal Just steps from the beach.. Very calm pristine area....very villagey. Sylvana...Danny and everyone that worked there were very kind, informative and gracious.

Not applicable . .but a TV in the master bedroom would work well.,....but that is so minor,because by the time we return to the room either after walking through town, or longing on the beach by the beach club...or dipping in the pool....no one wanted to see TV.
