Amazing property and the most beautiful hotel I had ever stayed at! I saw this hotel at instagram, but in person it is even better! it was a fiery tail place with amazing vibe. the staff was exceptional and so helpful, everything was thought through 100%.

I have no complains at all. if someone does, they probably need to read about the hotel style and be more prepare for this type of the vacation. I wanted to disconnect and it was perfect for me!

overpriced for sure . for the quality of the building and facility and restaurant, it is absolutely not worth the full price . and it would take an idiot to rent the 6k $ room.

For the price you pay for a suite, there is no special treatment or complementary services whatsoever. Property is riding on the back of a beautifully designed hotel, but service isn’t great.

The Hotel has amazing architecture, the whole area is pieco of art so I can 100% recommend to stay there and enjoy the views from restaurants and walks around the bridges that are connecting individual place.

Check in process took us 1.5h from arrival to get a keys. Hotel has only two restaurants so hence after 2nd , you have nothing else to discover. Beach side is partly private and public and hence it is but messy, service on the beach is average and takes quite long time to be served .

The property is brilliant. The architecture and inter connectedness to nature is unparalleled. As long as you know what you’re getting into (limited electricity, no shower, no air conditioning) and arrive in the right mindset, it’s impossible not to fall in love with this place. You certainly pay for the privilege, but once you check in as a guest you feel the hospitality and exclusivity immediately. You’re permitted to areas of the resorts and permissions you wouldn’t have otherwise and you are treated like the most important people. The staff was generous, accommodating and friendly without being arrogant and the facilities are second to none. Pro tip: bring a power strip if you plan on charging more than just a phone or two and maybe your own towels as the open concept leads to some stinky towels... other than that, a truly can’t miss experience! Phenomenal!!!

everything went well, their breakfast was so good. the beach area is very clean and they offer water and bedding services by the beach. the guac was sooo good at the beach bar. the have many activities you could do such as yoga and sunset experience that already comes with the stay you book

there were mosquitos everywhere but again we booked the jungle villa so thats expected. I think Tulum has mosquitos overall and Azulik cant really do anything about it

The Mayan tribal ceremony held around us just after check in was very unexpected and a beautiful surprise! staff are very polite and friendly. the breakfast included was amazing - best we had in Tulum. definitely worth trying out this hotel for its unusual earthy ambience. it definitely captures the Mother Earth and spiritual vibe! prices are not the most budget friendly but if you can even just do one or two nights it will be an amazing treat!

It’s like to be in another world, completely distant from noise and caos, the atmosphere at Azulik is magic, in full contact with nature. Nothing is missing there, you can stay 2/3 days without going out from the property. Restaurants are very good and the beach club extremely relaxing. The sea-view villas are something incredible!!

The beach club was not completely private as indicated. A lot of algaes on the beach that aren’t removed.

The architecture of the hotel was absolutely mind blowing. I began tearing up after taking everything in because of how beautiful the entire place was. The best part was how being in Azulik made me feel, it stripped all my anxiety and stress away that I dealt with for so long I can not explain how or why but I just felt so at peace for the first time in a very long time.

My only complaint was that we found a bug in our bed and a couple around the room. Also since there's no A/C the room can feel pretty humid which was not a big deal for me but as for my boyfriend the humidity kept him up at night.
