Beautiful, would stay again. Clean rooms, endless hot water, beautiful clean pool on the beach, beautiful balcony and ocean views, clean beach, gorgeous entry and ambiance. Patrizio, the the assistant manager are great communicators, honest class acts, and the valet guys were super sweet with getting space for parking my moped and keeping it safe, let me use their phone when in need, the cleaners were great, and the rooms and all facilities were very clean. Overall impressed and love Coco Un/limited.

Night-time security treated me like I wasn't a guest was rude instead of asking how they could be of assistance. Day time beach security guard picks on women and got aggressively close to me about having a diet coke - the food service is slow and rude and not the best quality, butbthe good thing is that if you're disrespected you don't *have to tip*. But overall this place is excellent and I would return again, but probably not use the restaurant and keep my distance from the misogynistic security guys.

This place is right on the beach and the staff are instantly at your service to make anything possible. Yasmine's restaurant recommendations were out of this world. And the tour she booked for us was top notch. (And the birthday surprise upgrade was kindness itself.) The breakfast was amazing! Waking to the waves was a deight!

The rooms are small. The pool is small. To be fair, the resort is small. You can think of this as intimate, or you could think of it as a little constrained. We decided to think intimate and we loved it!

right on the beach, easy walk to many places, the air conditioning worked well for how hot it was. the pool was open 24/7

they wouldn’t allow us to bring our own drinks or food near the pool or cabana area. normally I wouldn’t mind but the prices were extremely high and the service was slow. it would be nice if they would allow us to bring our own snacks or drinks poolside at the very least.

Such a beautiful hotel on the seafront and really lovely staff, Jasmine was fantastic as was Ricardo at the bar. There was a major seaweed problem when we were there which the staff did their best to clean off the beach daily but couldn’t swim in the water. We were upgraded to honeymoon suite which was incredible! Can’t fault anything about the staff or service they were so kind.

The hotel itself is fabulous just the location of Tulum beach was not what we expected (so overpriced for everything and completely corrupt with Taxis which you have to get to go anywhere!) this of course has nothing to do with coco who could not have been nicer to us, just unfortunately they have to meet the prices of the area which meant we couldn’t really buy much at restaurant/bars. (Ate out of the supermarket most days!)

The breakfast was good. The location is superb, about 2 hotels down from taboo and tantra. The resort was beautiful including the beach setup. The walk thru was great and they provided plenty of bottled water especially because the water from the pipes is salty which the staffer let us know.

The french toast was soggy and the staff harassed us when we requested to send it back. We ordered breakfast to go the day we were leaving and they attempted to charge us for the complimentary bread. Staff seems money hungry. There were ants on the bed. It was easy to setup transportation from the front, but I would recommend hailing your own cab because the ones we called ourselves were cheaper. The staff overcharged upon check-in and tried to charge extra upon checkout.

Breakfast was fine. Service was not always the best. One day took 2 hours to get breakfast. But staff were always smiley and friendly. Beach was nice.

They played music along the beach. I would prefer sound of waves.

We stayed at Coco on September for our honeymoon. They upgraded our room to honeymoon suite. There were some coupons which has discount or 1x2 drinks for beach club. Room was clean, well designed and has amazing view. It has sufficient air conditioning. There were no bugs or mosquito at the room but you need to keep your balcony door closed. We woke up with georgous ocean view every morning. Breakfast was a la carte and they also serve fruit and pancakes, juice and coffee. Maybe because we have stayed at off season period, there were just a few people but that was good for us to relaxed and enjoyed the hotel as we wish. Food and cocktails were good. Staff was really helpful. We ordered our dinner to our room without extra charge, so we enjoyed our dinner in private. Because we left very early at the morning they prepared us sandwiches and melon juice for the road which is very thoughtful.

Service was sometimes a bit slow. Only thing that annoyed me is there were too many salesman at beach they are always trying to sell you something even you are sleeping they wake you up and ask if you want anything.

We like the team the style the location.the breakfast amazing. As general for Tulum the prices are much too high for the simplicity offered. Bit we wpuld always still come back as the staff makes the stay great. However after the first night we were evacuated due to a land dispute between owners amd authorities pös see enclosed link. That was a backlash indeed to be thrown on tje street witj luggage even before breakfast. Queen room has a very good view and balcony. Beach beds nice, breakfast area nice - with good options - very big portions - I only ate the starter of fruit bowl.

Not much outside the hotel - some sort of building works directly opposite on the road side, but Tulum is FULL of building works. Didn't like the seaweed piled up - it had an awful smell and should be removed. Staffy pushy for tips - even at the inclusive breakfast. It's a small hotel and small breakfast area, at £200 per night I think to outright ask for tips at every turn is a bit much - pay your staff more!! Breakfast service wasn't that great either - wrong order twice and charged extra for a cappuccino even though I wasn't having any mains and was a solo traveler :/ Paid 80 more on check in due to the "exchange rate" - hope to get it back when it clears in my account.

The staff at Coco Unlimited could not do enough to make sure you had a good stay - they booked transfers for us, arranged bike hire, fixed a leak in our room within 5mins of us flagging it as an issue and even gave us a packed lunch when we said we’ll miss breakfast to go on an excursion. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL. Very idyllic, lovely big, clean rooms and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We loved the breakfast each morning including fresh juice and the beach club is wonderful - comfy beds, great quality drinks and service too. We came for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The staff also do a great job cleaning the sargasso on the beach every morning, a better job that other hotels we walked past. It’s located on a great stretch of beach with lots of restaurants and bars within waking distance. It’s a great hotel and we loved our stay!

Nothing we didn’t like! But one comment to that would make it even better would be a slightly quicker service at breakfast and more consistency with how the breakfast was served. Although the quality of the food is so good and it’s great value that it outweighs that.
