The terrace and views, the bed was comfy and everything clean

They do t have the AC running anywhere in the facility, you break a sweat just during check in. Only place you can get away from the heat is in your room ONCE IT FINALLY COOLED DOWN. Breakfast was not so great, and very limited. Both days the waiters at breakfast had an ugly attitude and were rude to us- very dissapointing. Hallways are completely dark at night, they have motion sensor lights, but you can’t see a thing until it turns on- very creepy stepping out of the elevator at 1am and it is PITCH BLACK, or opening your room door to go anywhere and can’t see a thing until lights come on.

I liked the location, the pool, and the rooms were relatively clean for the price. It was nice that shopping was available without leaving the building.

The towels were very old, stained, and yellowed. Some even had holes in them. The "free" breakfast was not really free, and a family of 4 only gets 2 "free" breakfasts. You have to pay a 25% tax on the food you order. There are pool towels available, but we only knew about it because we overheard others talking about it. Then you have to bring the towel back to the pool area, or you will be charged for the towel. The carpet in the hallways were extremely dirty and stained.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made our stay very pleasant. The location was convenient for travel, as well as proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and had an exceptional view. The daily breakfast options were wonderful.

We stayed for five nights and our room was only serviced twice.

free breakfast, pool, and free parking. close to the beach and lots of malls/restaurants. breakfast was a little simple but fine.

the elevator for the hotel is also connected to the mall it is in, which means there is sometimes a long wait for the elevator. the wifi was also annoying because you had to reconnect several times

This hotel is close to Las America's shopping mall and the hotel itself it is a plaza, there is movie theater and restaurants. Dinning area has a nice ocean view and a pool.

Maintenance Employees were not wearing masks. The bellboy had an attitude because we didn't needed to be escolted to our rooms. Breakfast is limited to two to four dishes, some fruit, coffee and juice. Malecon is about 1 hr 45 min walk. There is no access to the beach from the hotel. At checkout they went to my room to make sure I did not take anything, they even counted the towels, very annoying 😒. They ask for a one thousand pesos deposit.

The staff were extremely kind and responsive to all of our needs. The hotel was beautiful, and very big! There are a lot of restaurants available in and around the hotel. The staff ensured our rooms were clean everyday. I couldn't have asked for a better stay during my time in Mexico!

Good location,,,lots of shopping in the area within walking distance. Very nice room and bathroom however we did not have a view. Very good breakfast included with the room rate. Nice pool area with a bar.

Very frugal with the towels Thumping music started late at night and went til 5am...I slept thru it but my husband heard it

That i had to leave a $1,000.00 pesos ticket for possible damages to the hotel, What??

The room was big and spacious! The staff was polite and accommodating

The towels were old and dirty! Also it was impossible to connect to the internet and i wasnt able to work!!

The hotel is brand new and nicely designed. The view from the terrace was amazing. AC works great and beds were super comfortable.

There was no mini fridge so you can’t even cool your water. There were some small ants in the bathroom and no hair conditioner or body lotion, only soap bar and shampoo.
