Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Veracruz Boca del Rio

Close to the plaza, movies theater, big mall, lots of food options, 10min away of the malecón, there is a laundry mat close by to.

First: Wish they added a “Microwave”especially being a hire/better room, and if you stay longer there, you bring food to your room but if you leave leftovers and want to heat it up.. but you can’t there’s no microwave. Second: There is a cleaning lady that cleans amazing she’s amazing! (Andrea I think) And when they switch her I think Sunday and Monday the other lady is TERRIBLE doesn’t change the sheets, leaves her cleaning supplies, only leaves us one towel.. we mentioned it to her and she only said.. “yes I’ll do it”.. and never did nothing..

The bed was super comfy. I really liked the restaurant staff. The head of the waiters was a very nice lady, who could speak English and she gave me some suggestions on what I should see and do while I was in Veracruz. Over and above expectations. I took her advice and I went to 2 lesser known beaches that were awesome. She was really nice, and while she was at the restaurant, the service was spectacular. Shout out to Nallely! I gotta go back to do the rest of what she suggested.

Best location in Veracruz! I used to live in the apartments behind this hotel and almost exclusively stay here when I come back to visit!!

Nothing! The restaurant is not the best but their breakfast was good and their room service was very fast!

This hotel is kept really clean. Rooms are clean every day. We were in the swimming pool and the staff continuously cleaned everything around the area. The staff are very attentive and kind.

We have been here many times and sincerely we have found nothing to complain about. But breakfast buffet could be better

The hotel's decoration might seem out of date but it's great value for the price. The facilities are great for families (kids super enjoyed the pool with the slide!). The rooms are very spacious and the staff was very attentive and happy to help with anything. The hotel is also very close to restaurants, plazas and the sea, which makes the location great!

The restaurant is not that exciting. Although the staff is very attentive and they were very helpful, for the same price you could go out of the hotel to a close restaurant and get something better. We also got a room near the boilers (I think) and it was super loud starting at 6 am in the morning.

It’s in front of a mall and many restaurants. The hotel itself offers good food. My family has come to this hotel several times. We enjoyed the room which is clean and very luxurious. Valet parking is great

I was disappointed about the way they told us that the price for breakfast as buffet was a kind of higher than the menu they offer. So we decided to go for the menu which was “cheaper”. But to our surprise, after ordering just the basics for breakfast, we ended up paying more then the buffet. So we recommend to go for the buffet so that you enjoy a variety of food as much as you want

The most comfortable beds and pillows we've experienced in many years! We'd love to be able to buy two of them. Really great staff throughout the hotel, helpful and courteous. They were also with my poor Spanish!

The first room we were given reeked of perfume. We had to change rooms. Many people are allergic to scents in perfumes and cleaning products, and I suggest taking that into account when purchasing cleaning products. Staff were very courteous in helping us change rooms. Mediocre food in the restaurant. But staff were excellent.

Pool is very nice, sauna, restaurants, room, ambient.

The way the buffet is distributed because of Covid, seems that people on the buffet stations have to work doble or triple to serve each of the guest, that makes service slower and some people can complain, it’s not worthy to make a 3 or 4 persons line for a cup of chocolate or just a pice of bread.

First the check in the guy was super friendly and now with covid they are superr careful that he even cleaned my card when he handed back to me so i was like wow!! the room was very clean as well the house keeping lady very friendly I really recommend this place! My daughter loved the pool alot.

it looks updated, clean and great location

they gave us a room just recently painted and still you could smell the paint. however they moved us to another one right away.
