Very friendly and helpful staff. Initially we weren’t happy with the first mini suite they had assigned us, as it was located on ground level, therefore patio/balcony less secure and private. However, they were very accommodating and although we had to wait a few hours for it to be ready, we were offered a much better suite on the 2nd floor with views of ocean and pool, and more privacy, it was beautiful. Afternoon snack tray included in price was nice.

The shops onsite were expensive. $20 (American dollars) for bottle of sunscreen, make sure you remember to bring your own.

The beach is large, and the waves are small, so you can swim. The pools are good, the stuff is very attentive. The room with a balcony is much better and a sea view is wonderful.

There is no playground for kids and not much kids’ entertainment, the food is too pricey, some of the rooms do not have balconies, so there is nowhere to dry your swimming suits. Our room did not have a well-working air conditioner: it cooled but you could not adjust the temperature.

The hotel is quite nice, but it felt crowded most of the time… the pool is nice but insufficient when the hotel is at a 60-70% capacity, and it is not appealing to swim with so many people… the beach was dirty and the sea receded, so you had to get away from the hotel to find a decent patch…food in Arantxa was good, breakfast should be better, more at that price. Room was very comfortable and well equipped

Personally, I find pools with sitin bars not hygienic… the coordination to sit at breakfast was terrible, and took a long time with tables open… while the property is nice, it feels badly calculated to accommodate guests comfortably in the common areas

The staff generally speaking was good, but sometimes you would ask them to bring you something or they themselves would offer to bring you anything but in the end they would never bring to you what you asked for, kind of disappointing!!!

The property is well maintained, clean, modern, with exceptional service. Our room looked out to the sea and was very comfortable. The pool was clean. Access to the beach was easy.

I was wondering where the entrepreneurs were with rentals for paddle boards and kayaks.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. My family liked the buffet breakfast the hotel offers at Arantzia restaurant. Pools and beach area are great and nice. Our room was very comfortable, clean and luxurious; we stayed in a ocean view room, it was gorgeous to wake up looking at the Gulf of Mexico during sunrise

They didn’t give us the courtesy amenities the following day. So I called twice the reception and finally they did, but still they missed some items

I liked the free parking service and great beach and swimming pools they offered

cocktail drinks are not so good. I ordered a traditional Mexican drink named “Paloma “ and it wasn’t the best ever. They mixed it with pink great fruit soda instead of actual fruit it’s supposed to be.

Location is Very good - Excellent Service and Good Food Quality. Everything is easy - and everyone pays attention to customer comfort. the Building is in a good shape and very well maintained.

Maybe F&B a little bite pricey - Portion and Quality are goods but price should be reviewed by at least 15 to 20%.

overbooked so we did not get the room we booked 3 months in advance but they still tried to make it special and David upgraded our room the next two nights.

Everything was great. I enjoyed everything since the first moment I arrived. Very friendly staff, good food, the pool was amazing. There’s nothing to really complain about. I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. You won’t regret your stay. I’m definitely coming back.

To be honest, the positive things about this place outweigh any negative minor issues.
