Staff were helpful, even calling a taxi for us to get to the cenote. Breakfast was included and freshly made, good choices. Room was very large and had smart TV all set up. Walking distance into the main area.

Unfortunately lots of noise - some from building work happening nearby that started up incredibly early. We also had loud room neighbours! Pool was dirty and full of leaves but could be to do with off-season.

The hotel is really nice: rooms are named after cenotes. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The spa bath on the terrace (more a small pool than a jacuzzi) was really good to relax after a long day out exploring. The availability of a private parking at this location was a huge plus! Finally the breakfast was so delicious and the portions were quite big, so good.

The vibe was nice, the orange colours and the blue pool looked welcoming after a long drive. The food is very good at the restaurant, the pibil chicken and the burger were both great! We did have a small balcony - although there was no view, but the fresh air came through.

We didn't always have warm (not even hot) water to take a shower. - this is the only thing that was a bit disturbing. The breakfast was nice, but it could be improved further. Also, the pool could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Nothing serious, we still had a nice time.

Good, budget option. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Parking place. Good starting point for Chichen Itza and cenotes around. Easy to find from the main roads.

Far from the centre. You need to drive or take a taxi to get to the main square. Three different wifi networks - one in the room, one in the lobby and another one in the restaurant. The bar closes 10pm.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it's great for a quick stop in Valladolid. The pool is lovely and the rooms are quite spacious. The parking is convenient but a bit tight for space!

The buffet breakfast on the Sunday was a bit of a disappointment. Also our room was number 1 so it felt like we were waking up in a restaurant with visitors from outside of the hotel helping themselves to breakfast. The food wasn't warm and there were no eggs until we had finished eating.

Very cute hotel, I liked everything about it. The colors, room was like the picture, it was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Short drive to the centro, location was pretty good. I had a car so I had no issues.

Wifi was not working at any moment. It just worked for us when we were close to the reception area. We had an extension for the wifi in the room but it never worked, I told the front desk guy, but they didn’t help us with the issue. That’s the only thing I didn’t like, I was barely able to use my phone during my stay.

Good breakfast. Room depends on type of room as we had 2 rooms - on the ground floor - rooms are pretty small, dark and noise. 2nd room we had much bigger and more silent. Otherwise nice play to stay.

Could be closer to center - we walked for dinner to the center - streets were dark and walking was pretty long.

Friendly welcome. Very nice interior design and concept of the room, however the room was small. Good WIFI and AC. Good breakfast, good service. Nice pool and parking just outside of the room

The flashing of the toilet did not work properly. Even after complaing it was not any better.

The location was great, the facilities looked clean and in general everything was working fine except a few details, but it is a nice hotel.

Some equipment needs maintenance, in room 15 de doorknobs, light switches and some doors need attention and also in the public bathroom in the lobby area.

-Great value for money! -The location is superb. -We stayed overnight just before going to Chichen Itza -Great location in order to wander through colorful streets (houses) of Vallidolid. -We really enjoyed our spacious room and mini terrace. -The staff is super friendly & helpful! -Breakfast was nice (one meal option; a toast with papaya jam and one drinks option)
