The breakfast was superb and very fresh. The property is beautiful and picture worthy. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They also made my birthday very memorable.

This is a true oasis of calm, peace and beauty. Not just the architecture and the setting but the atmosphere and the wonderful staff and team who make every moment a joy. Upon arrival we were driven to our suite in a golf buggy and were so incredibly impressed with the accommodation and the beautiful water features, the lighting and everything which complements it. Breakfast is a feast and served amongst the cam by such lovely staff. Take your time to enjoy it. Exceptional coffee and the fresh omelettes, fruit, juice and anything you could wish for. The loungers around the magnificent pool are so incredibly comfortable and with room for 3 people! We usually get restless on your average beds, but not these, you won’t want to move. Quiet and calm music breaks the silence and is never intrusive. By 1pm day guests come from outside to enjoy this magnificent hotel and their presence adds more atmosphere and buzz. As the sun goes down and the lights go on the palace is even more exceptional and the place to enjoy a wonderful meal. During our stay the team gave us the most glorious night and and we will be forever grateful and thankful for their kindness, hospitality and care; you are all amazing. Hakim and everyone who made such an impact, thank you. We will return as often as we can and hope to see everyone again soon.

Sometimes it’s constructive to make observations about small changes that could be made, but we can’t fault our experience at all. Every single person made this the most wonderful stay. Perfect.

The property is so beautiful and our 2 bedroom suite with a private pool was well appointed with excellent views. We felt welcomed immediately and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The staff booked tours, cars, dinners, and provided chargers for our electronics. The breakfast was incredible and our children looked forward to the hot cocoa and Moroccan crepes each morning. Again, we only wished that we had booked more time at this oasis.

This is only personal to me--I needed a lighter duvet as I get really hot at night.

The hotel is truly amazing and the room was spectacular, the facilities are also truly great, and the service is second to none.

They have parrots in a bird cage, which besides being cruel just by itself is quite disruptive as they are very noisy. these poor animals are suffering and they don’t add anything to the experience at all. We liked the location, it makes it even more unique, but bear in mind that you are 20 minutes from town and you need to plan accordingly.

The hotel was exactly as expected. Amazing getaway for relaxation and the main pool was better in real life than the pictures. Inclusive breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The room was big and had a private jacuzzi which was great for when you wanted to chill in your own space. The hotel settings were unreal and very instagrammable.

Location wise it's a bit of a taxi ride away from the city so if you want to mix and match exploring with relaxation, probably best to look at a hotel closer to the centre. This is more of a resort hotel. Due to COVID, their lunch and dinner menu was cut down and the options got limited very quickly - especially if you are staying for a longer time. The food was okay but the portions were small. Shower panel in our room was leaky so water flowed into the bathroom which we used a towel to stop.

Very nice and comfortable resort to relax and escape the hectic of Marrakesh (20min drive from the city center). Authentic and delicious Moroccan food, especially for dinner, very friendly staff. Pool villas in a very nice setting.

A bit outdated/ used infrastructure (e.g. at the gym)

Large space rooms, quiet and clean rooms. Very Good breakfast a la carte and Hotel gardens are beautiful.

Nothing people just need to be mindful this is a bit outside the center of the city but the reception was keen to organize transfers or arrange taxis

Beautiful scenic views, amazing breakfast & pool. The rooftop restaurant was also a plus!

The only downside would be the location, it is far out from city centre but we spent our stay in the hotel. In addition to this, the staff who deal with checking in & out in the main reception area could be more welcoming.

dry clean n luxurious. friendly n hospitable staff. Amin was especially helpful and extremely polite. everyone is smiling and eager to help. The spa was out of this world.

it is a little far and the bfast options could be better.
