Most incredible stay ever. We were celebrating a special occasion and everything was amazing - the hotel grounds/facilities, the villa, the food and most importantly, the staff. Thank you for helping to build memories we will cherish forever, and we cannot wait to return in the future. Special thank you to Rohan, Nishal, Mamdouh, Marouane and Azhar for making it the most special experience.

Great service. Everybody is extremely friendly. I am a swimmer and I enjoyed 45 min swimming every morning prior breakfast. The pool has a length of 30 meters and most of the time I was the only one in the pool.

Our stay in the resort was one of the best and the services provided were among the finest and finest services provided by you. There is a sincere thanks to Brother Habib who works in the restaurant because of his distinguished and classy service, and also thanks to Professor Mamdouh for his kind initiative that left a beautiful impact on the reputation of the site,, Thank you To all of you

Since absolutely everything was perfect, our review sounds like it was generated by ChatGPT (see part two); therefore, here are a few very personal impressions to highlight the special class of the hotel (part one): Part one: we stayed with an 8-year-old child, and although the hotel isn't specifically marketed as a 'family hotel,' it was perfect for my son: the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We were given carrots for the hotel's resident donkeys, and in the playroom, there was even someone to explain all the video games. A few other very special impressions: I was allowed to play piano at the bar, or rather practice 😉, the entire hotel complex smells heavenly, like something out of One Thousand and One Nights; the management is incredibly accommodating: we arrived a day later and did not have to pay for it (despite being way out of the refund time), room service was super fast. The sample pictures do correspond perfectly to reality: the architecture and craftsmanship are breath-taking (200 artesian worked for 10 years!), the garden is calm, magnificent and tasteful; all facilities are brand new and of the highest standard; the rooms and the hotel are extremely clean; the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, exceptionally well-trained and caring and attentive handling of children, any special request is fulfilled and made possible;

Stunning courtyard & terrace that has a beautiful view of the gardens and the grand canal water feature. It’s a unique design and feels like you are living in a grand palace from another era!

The are so helpful, nice, the resort is so clean I love everything about The Oberoi.. I went There with my friend so my birthday they swept me off my feet They really made me feel so Special. I will definitely be back.

I love Everything about the property

The property is exceptional. It feels like you’re walking around a palace. I’m not someone that likes to take a lot of pictures on holiday but you won’t be able to stop. Simply beautiful. I have mention the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular I would like to mention Mamdouh who greeted us on arrival and arranged early check in. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mehdi and Laila. They were so nice and professional. Both were a real credit to the hotel and made our stay even more welcoming.

It’s so well maintained. The gardeners work tirelessly throughout the day on the manicured lawns.

Everything, and in particular the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. The facilities were great and the villa was very spacious
