Palais de l'O

The property is pretty. It needs a few small improvements as it isn’t completely new anymore. It’s perfectly located if you want to take a break from the busy city or your are own your way to the Atlas Mountains. This was the second hotel out of 12 we stayed at in Morocco that a great beds and pillows. The breakfast was much better than expected after reading some reviews. I would say one of the best we had during our trip. The property offers a great experience in the evening with all the sounds of animals and clear sky. it’s bit far if you want to go daily to the Medina. And the staff is super polite and helpful. They were so sweet and kind.

The garden could use more water but that’s also silly to say considering the weather. we were overall very happy with the stay.

Palais de l’O is a bit of a hidden gem if you like tranquility, the pool and terraces are lovely and not at all busy during our stay even though the hotel was full. The breakfast served each morning had something to please everyone and ordering lunch or dinner was made simple & tasted lovely. We had a super room with a balcony on the grounds a little distance from the main hotel and close to the beauty salon offering a great massage and the popular Hamman (a must try). Staff were all so friendly and helpful all the time and our room was kept clean daily. We would return.

There were no complaints only observations. Taking the taxi from the hotel into the Medina and back again was an expense we didn’t think about before our arrival and as there is no other means of travel we spent a considerable amount on them.

Very calm , relaxing ! nice swimming pool , big room , yes far 11 KM from Marrakech city but, it’s a plus for those who want a calm and refreshing! food is fresh ! a complete Menu lunch or dinner 15 EUR , fresh breakfast! required for family or couple who enjoy calm and get refreshing ! staff - persons are so nice ! reception , cleaning, restaurant really nice people with smiles ! ! a day is longer ! so you will feel that you are off / vacation !

It’s an amazing hotel, like a real Arabic paradise! The rooms are very clean and everything seems very new, that’s a crucial point, so well done! Breakfast was exactly what we hoped it will be, proper swimming pool, even luggage service, everything was top! We came by car and had a safe parking spot inside the palais, so don’t need to worry about your car in the night. The palais has relaxing music and even there own parfum that makes you feel on holiday directly. we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you!

Facilities were great hotel was really clean and well maintained.

Location is a big factor. It was circa. 20km away from Marrakech which was costly by taxi. There were hardly any taxis locally. Additionally, you cannot use a small taxi from Marrakech at night it has to be a grand taxi.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, which is perfect for a getaway from the busy city. The pool is specious and the buildung is architectually beautiful. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, away from city’s noise

The only negative point(not the hotel’s fault) they were burning something nearby the hotel for a couple of days during our stay. The smell was quite intense burnt smell, so it was not possible to leave windows open

The unique place just a few KMs outside of Marrakech city, great place to have rest, super calm and quiet, the room are unique with their style and spacious also, the big and deep swimming pool is definitely a great way to refresh yourself when Marrakech is on fire 🔥

The wifi network is not stable and the speed is not good and the breakfast is good but very limited in choices and that AC was a headache to control as it keeps changing the modes automatically even if it is not set on auto mode.

The bed was comfortable and big which was great. I liked that it was a bit outside of the busy city therefore providing a relaxing atmosphere .The facilities were nice. the swimming pool was my favourite!

The rugs were old which then changed the rooms look. some of the towels had stains, I could tell they were clean but stained. The food- not much choice.

Amazing Staff. superb facility. very nice Moroccan vibe. Spacious room. They have Spa and Hammam. Welcome drinks and very welcoming and over the top check in experience. A very good complimentary breakfast!

there was no phone in the room and we had to walk to the reception every time we needed something which was a little far from our room. There was also one iron at the facility and if another guest had it which means we couldn’t use it.

The staff was super friendly. I had reserved 2 suites but they told me they are not safe after the earthquake and the experts do not allow them to accomodate people there so they changed them to standard double rooms, which had nothing in common with these. We were compensated with great dinner. The pool was also amazing.
