Blenheim Spa Motor Lodge

Nice and exceptionally clean. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good table and sofa. We had a bit of a mounting view from our room. Free and easy parking was a bonus. Rooms are specious. A man at reception was helpful and very friendly. 3-5 min drive to supermarket, city centre and the beautiful park. Location is nice and quiet.

The lodge has a long common balcony but our room had only a blockout but no sheer curtains. The hair dryer was a bit uncomfortable to use. You need to press the switch on button and hold it tight. It switches on and off all the time when you drying your hair. There is no lift so you need to climb quite a few stairs to the second floor. It's a bit problematic if you have a heavy luggage but no big muscles. The bathroom sink seats in the corner and has no room to put your hygienic staff but there is a small shelf nearby. All those things were minor for us and did not influence much on our stay.

Host was very friendly, made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful. Location. Outdoor Courtyard very private. Absolute treat. Air conditioning. Bonus - guest laundry ($4 per load, $2 coins.) Cooking facilities. Closet to hang clothes. Spacious bathroom with spa bath. Great pressure on shower. Cooking facilities, hot plate and microwave. Comfy bed and linen superb! Great WIFI. Flat screen tv and sky. Compact unit but so comfortable and everything you could ask for.

Being very picky here. 1. The coffee sachets, would be great if they were Bloom Instant Granulated Coffee Sachets. 2. Blue top milk, would be nice if Trim milk was offered as an option too.

The room was super clean, not a speck of dust or anything anywhere. The room was well appointed and there was a little courtyard where it was lovely to sit in the evening. Even though it was on the road there was almost no traffic noise. The kitchenette had everything you would need to cook a little meal and there was even a little bowl of minties. The bathroom was awesome, great water pressure in the shower and very nice toiletries. We had a lovely stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, everything was great

This property was in a good central location. It smelt fresh, it was clean and you could tell everything was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of a high quality. The shower was excellent and the spa bath was good too with Spa towels provided. The small kitchen allowed us to cook our food. Sky Tv was an added bonus. Carpark allocated outside the unit. Staff friendly and kind. It was a overall peaceful stay and allowed us a good nights sleep.

The property was very clean . We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a spa bath room by the manager Paul.

Two things if I’m being pikky. There’s no rail to help get out of the shower because it’s over the bath . The cupboard above the opening of the fridge could pose a problem if someone stands up and bangs their head

The stay was perfect for what we required after a long day travelling from the North Island. The staff member in reception was extremely welcoming, and the room itself was spotlessly clean. Everything matched the description. The spa bath worked perfectly and was a great addition to the room.

There were no plug sockets near the bed. However, this wasn't a problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We have a problem with our shower head and it was fixed straight away. Very handy for Blenheim town center, Gramados and the asb theatre.

There was quite a bit of road noise with lots of big trucks going past etc during the day especially as it was harvest time. Less noise at night but you could still hear it.

Spacious room with kitchenette with basic requirements available and rear balcony. Location is close to the town only a few minutes drive. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fine. Lots of food options close by.

Location is close to a busy road so some traffic noise.

There was a small problem with the room at check in and the owner sorted it immediately. Room was large with a full fridge and kitchen,spa bath and a lot of tv channels. We were even suggested a place for dinner that was excellent.

Comfortable big bed, beautiful powerful shower, we loved the big towels, would definitely recommend, we will definitely book here again, impressed with everything including staff, thanks keep up the high standards that you set Cheers Harry
