Jasmine Court Motel

Awesome two bedroom apartment. I loved the amazing spa bath and also great shower. It was very clean and spacious. The beds are super comfy with luxurious pillows to match. Excellent amenities with everything you need. Housekeeping check on you every day to replace fresh linen and anything else you require. There are 2 large wall mounted TVs. One in the lounge and one in the first bedroom.. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available along with fee sky channels.The staff are so friendly and welcoming, from check in to check out. It made the trip to have a supermarket right across the road. I highly recommend this room. 😊

Great location in Central Picton, close to shops and waterfront, but still relatively quiet. We were able to check in early, and the faulty bedside light was replaced immediately - the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our unit was spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Ample car parking on site. The complimentary biscuits with the tea and coffee sachets was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Two minor things - an extra towel for drying hair would have been good, and bigger breakfast bowls.

Exceptionally clean, lovely cleaning ladies, very cheerful. Easy checkin, very friendly.... Unit serviced every day. Great location within easy walk of the shops and waterfront Nice quiet location.

Perhaps a small chopping board in the kitchen would be helpful. I was trying to make some sandwiches and not cutting the bench top. Also, only 2 of everything, knives, forks, crockery, glasses, etc. Also, the motel compendium is only available by scanning a code. This was not helpful as I do not have a scanner on my phone and also thinking of elderly people not everyone has a smart phone so the old fashioned book compendium would be better in our view. Shower cubicle very small indeed.

Great location, lovely big modern well equipped rooms, short downhill walk to the harbour, close to town centre.

We couldn't store our luggage here whilst walking the queen charlotte track, so had the hassle of taking it to the B&B we were using on our return. No one manning reception early in the morning so you leave the key in your room. Not a problem unless you foolishly leave something behind and want to get back in !!!! Luckily reception did open before our boat left and I ran back down the hill to make it in time.

The room was very spacious, the bed comfy, and the room had everything that we needed. Everything appeared nice and clean. We loved that there was plenty of car parking and that there was plenty of room in the car parking area. It was very handy having a supermarket directly across the road. We would stay here again.

No fault of the Motel, but the neighbours were extremely noisy until about 10pm or just after. After that time everything quietened down though, and we got a good night's sleep.

The lady in reception was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It was a room which could be used by handicap clients. The motel was very close to the town's facilities and just a short drive from the ferry. We had difficulty getting the oven to work in the kitchenette. The lady in reception was very helpful and sorted the problem out.

As the shower was for handicapped clients, it had a shower curtain. Unfortunately, it wasn't long enough and when we used the shower all of the shower room floor became soaked.

Motel was easy to find, room was exceptionally clean, bathroom well appointed, bedroom very comfortable. Big spacious living room with one tiny 2 seater couch so could do with more comfy furniture to finish off a great motel.

There was nothing 'not to like' but just a bit more comfy furniture in the living room would have been great. Would definitely recommend to friends & family & would stay here again.

Great room for 2 couples with 2 double beds in each room. Room was clean and was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere. RSA was only a couple of doors down if you want to catch up with the locals or walk to the waterfront which is beautiful. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for your enjoyment with a supermarket just across the road,

Nothing, it met our needs

We asked for bag storage and got early check in. The motel was an easy walk from the ferries and into town. The room was well appointed with a reasonable kitchenette. The motel has a guest laundry and there is a decent grocery store opposite.

Early on the road was noisy but it went quiet later.

Perfect stopping point if you are on a road trip via auto as there is parking just outside the rooms. Also perfect for those arriving by ferry, train or bus as everything in town is within close walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well outfitted if you wish the eat take-away in your room or prepare a light repast. Friendly and caring hosts.
