ASURE 83 By The Sea Motor Lodge

Room was very clean and very roomy. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice view of the sea from our room. Overall happy with our stay.

Kitchen area a little small but manageable, bathroom was old style with shower curtain, needs modernising. Motel grounds could do with a good clean ( paper etc in fenced in garden area near wooden stairs)

We booked online for 5 adults and it was suggested to book 2 rooms. Which was actually perfect for us! I thought both rooms were great value for money. It was a last minute booking too so we were lucky and grateful to get in there. Great location. Across the road from the beach. In walking distance to restaurants etc. Only 10 minute drive from where we had to go. Love that there was a kitchenette in there. Room was cosy. Comfy bed. Very much enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back if we're ever in town again.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Staying late to check us in when we were delayed. Even helping carry bags to my room. So very kind of them! The daily room servicing was excellent, really made it feel fresh and a nice space to be in.

Really could do with a smokers area away from the rooms. As it is when people smoke on the balcony outside their doors the smoke goes straight into neighbouring rooms.

It was very clean, everything that was needed was there, not like a big flash hotel but definitely great value for money and really accomodating, let us check in early and really easy checkout for after hours checkout and also great parking

It's a great location, walkable to Petone town centre. Very quiet in the rooms around the back. We've stayed there several times & have always found the beds really comfortable.

The shower would be my only complaint. The pressure isn't that good & don't stay hot for long.

The staff were very helpful. The motel was in a very good location, opposite the sea and near to restaurants. It was easy to find when leaving the ferry. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Despite the fact the motel was next to a busy road, in our unit behind reception we didn't hear the road noise.

At the price point it had all bases covered in a simple efficient way. All that you need for a stay. Close to shops and a short walk to the train station.

Nothing that sticks out. We were well pleased.

After having meetings from 9am to 8pm it was great the come home to the p0eace and quiet. Had a great sleep and the staff were very accommodating. We were suppose to be in an upstairs room but the day before we left home my wife injured her knee when we arrived and explained the situation we were immediately given a downstairs room due to my wife being on crutches. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Good location for a nights stay in Wellington. Easy access to museum and Ferry to Picton. Wifi was good. Was a little bit afraid of traffic noice, but that wasn't a problem at all. Good isolation.

The couch didn't look very inviting anymore because of wear and tear.

I was happy with the cleanliness, privacy and very approachable staffs both at the reception and the housekeeping.

Carrying luggage upstairs. But we were informed that they would have helped if we got in before the staffs left. That was soothing to hear.
