Nice and quiet, parking right outside room. Clear vocal instructions on where everything was. Comfortable bed, table inside and out. It had everything we needed for a night away. Shower was nice and powerful. Would definitely stay again if needed, close to everything. Good value for the price.

Only a cold tap over the kitchenette sink. You had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Have never struck that before.

The place was very clean and a large space for a family of 5. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely consider returning.

The floors are very hard. My son ended up having an incident which maybe wouldnt have been as bad if there was cushioning on the floor - practically carpet tiles on cement flooring. Accidents happen though. Also the bedroom where the single beds are could definitely benefit from actual curtains which would help the kids sleep longer in the morning.

Room was clean tidy, beds were comfortable to sleep on, Definitely catered to our needs, Staff at reception was welcoming and very helpful and friendly. Even went the extra mile to find us eateries that were still open considering how late in the evening was.

Microwave not working even after many attempts didnt seem to heat up food. Heatpump air flow didnt warm the whole of rooms or maybe we didnt use the right settings🤷‍♀️But we did try heat up the main areas.

Quiet, good blackout curtains. Easy parking right next to unit. Very roomy unit with comfy couch.

The queen bed had some roll together and shook for a while when partner rolled over. Have certainly experienced worse, but a better bed would have really made this stay excellent. The pillows were good. No complaints from rest of family re the three single beds.

Really liked the simple furnishing of the room and bathroom.. A good table, electric frying pan, utensils all fine , good heat pump. Bed very comfortable, with electric blanket fitted.

We found it a bit tricky finding the place, probably our fault as it is actually fairly straightforward by day. Car needed to get to area. We had arrived at airport.

The motel is a bit off of the beaten bath now that the new highway 1 is available. But, still really convenient. It is really close to the new motor way.

We were only there one night, so I don't think that I found any flaws. The lack of hot water in the "kitchen" sink maybe?

The outside hotel appearance was inviting. Inside the desk and pool area looked great. The room was very spacious clean and relaxing. The location was good for cycling along the river and walking into the centre of town. The host was so helpful and working hard.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Bed was great and the pillow was exceptional as I like a flattish pillow. Great shower pressure. All round excellent.

Nice place to stay, and great value for the size of the rooms. It was clean, had all the essentials we needed and nice and warm. Very friendly staff willing to help. I would stay again

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Shown to our room despite atrocious weather outside, with room facilities pointed out and explained to us. Very quiet spot. For us, a must place to stay at Kapiti Coast.
