The receptionist was very professional and kind (there was a problem with the online payment system of the hotel). The comfort was very good. The breakfast was excellent and expensive. There is a parking place (additional price).

There was a problem with the online payment (we were charged twice for the same stay, so corrections were needed and a bit unpleasant situation happened - the receptionist was helpful). The parking in the garage is extremely narrow to enter and exit, not so convenient for frequent car use, and public transport is poor at the location. The breakfast is expensive. The parking could be free of charge. The location is far from the metro and the city centre - there are buses, but not that frequent, especially later in the evening, so problems returning (takes more than an hour of bus&waiting).

Good breakfast for the cost of €12 Lovely comfy bed and the hot tub was a great addition after a long day walking. Room was very clean. The only thing I would say that you have to get into a bath to take a shower which may cause some people difficulty

The reception took payment for the room without telling us. They only asked for the card I had booked with then gave a receipt. We actually wanted to pay with another card due to exchange costs. We asked if they could refund the card so we could repay with the correct card and was told NO

We are a family of four - and the suite that we booked was actually two big rooms with two separate bathrooms. It was so spacious. The bed is big and comfortable, the temperature was just nice. The hotel is not in the most central location but with uber, you can pretty much get to anywhere with 3-4 euros. The breakfast was lovely, reasonably good selection, with both hot and cold selections, wide variety of fruits, fruit juice, bakeries etc. The staffs were really lovely too. They did not change the towels daily but otherwise the hotel was lovely.

The colour theme of the hotel is a little bit dark.

Room was spotlessly clean, with a very large double bed and all standard amenities provided. We used the steam room (you will need to ask at reception to do this) which was very nice.

The hotel was far from the city centre although there is a bus close by. I felt that the price was a little on the high side for the location far from the city centre (unless you want to see Boavista play as the football ground is next door) and for the amenities provided.

This is a nice hotel with modern, business-style decor. All very well maintained. Our room was large and very comfy. Beds were amazing. There was enough space even with the extra bed (which was very good too). Large bathroom. Nice breakfast buffet with very good continental and hot breakfast options. Nearby two places we wholeheartedly recommend to visit - pasteleria Porto Douro and pizzeria Il Fornaio. Easy to reach by taxi from train station Campanha (via the motorway). Transfer to the airport was booked by the hotel for us, was easy and comfortable. The location was a bit further away from downtown than we expected. it takes about 20 minutes to walk from the Metro station Casa Musica. It is nevertheless well connected - a number of buses stop in walking distances (5-15 minutes), also late at night. Overall, very good place to relax after long days of exploring Porto and surroundings.

Bathroom could do with a little more shelving and hooks to place items. It was suprisingly difficult to get the water temperature adjusted in the shower, I suppose the tap needs servicing. Gym had to be prebooked.

The hot tub is amazing and very spacious, the suit is quite big and the large bed is very comfortable.

The breakfast is from a 3 star hotel. The fruit was tastless, the juice is just sugar, there was nothing we tried that we could say it's really good. Very disappointing breakfast. They don't provide you towels for the hot tub or for you to lay down in Yu our private terrace. Needed to request an extra one.

Huge room and bathroom (I was in a junior suite), balcony (although it was far too cold to use), helpful staff. Nice desk / working area. It's someway away from the main town but taxis came quickly. Very close to the football stadium (if you wanted to go there)

There was a PS 4 game control in my room but no iron (!!) Asked for a cheese or veggie option roll to be left at reception for breakfast as I had a very early flight - the roll left was with meat. the man was very apologetic but it wasn't great.

The hotel was very modern, clean and in a good location between the airport and city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds were a little hard and the room had some minor issues e.g. part of bathroom door handle was broken and part of the rubber on the shower door was coming off

not my style of hotel but stayed there due to the nature of the trip and location. nothing wrong with the hotel just not to my personal taste. super friendly staff and very clean.

The rooms very great! They were clean and very comfortable. It has a very clean and spacious toilet and it is a very welcoming hotel. Great staff and a very nice breakfast! Good location, close to lots of attractions!

The breakfast was a bit expensive but at the same time the breakfast is very good.
