Room was very good (no bathroom but I already knew that) Breakfast was good also All at a very reasonable price.

Staff could be more helpful. I thought I had lost my wallet and called them to check and they said they wouldn't check until the next day. Obviously when you loose your wallet, you are in a rush to check if you need to cancel credit cards, etc... The person even refused to keep my phone number to call me back just in case they found it. Said the only solution was for me to call the next day. She wouldn't do anything that day.

The bed were so comfy! We had a balcony for our room which was pleasant! Breakfast is included, and there is a kitchen in which you can cook and store / refregirate your food The location is really nice, within 20mn you can be at the beach or in the inner city centre! Staff was really nice

Sometimes it was noisy at night, but it’s not really the hostel’s fault. Maybe adding a “silence after 10/11pm” sign could be helpful. We also wished there would be more choice for breakfast ☺️ the locker of our window was broken and it was difficult to lock it

Location is great. Very close to the 500 bus which takes you straight to the centre of the city. Also nice area to walk around the promenade with lots of nice cafes close by. Free breakfast is a plus even though selection was not a lot. Staff was always super helpful and friendly.

The kitchen itself was sometimes not so clean - but this is not a fault of the hostel more of the other people that stayed there. On the first night I heard the girls who stayed in the room next to us. The walls aren't very thick.

The hostel is really close to the Atlantic Ocean and most important do Pingo Doce market where you can buy local wines, cheese and meat. Also is really basic, so do not except luxuries when you stay here. Really good value for money.

One more chair in each room would be great. And, for the love of God, better coffee for breakfast. A country which has one of the best coffees in the world, is really bad to had a bad one for breakfast.

I have never stayed at a hostel before, and I was completely surprised how good this hostel was. It was modern, warm, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. I had a warm room, a comfy bed, extremely hot showers plus a filling and tasty breakfast each day. This hostel is superb. Just a five minute walk down the hill you can catch the 500 bus into the city, and opposite is a large supermarket - which means you can cook your own food in the excellent kitchen in the hostel. A great hostel and one that I would be happy to stay at again and again.

Comfy beds, nice staff, peaceful neighborhood

Breakfast is generally good, but adding few more stuff could be beneficial. Also, the location is a bit far from city center, so if you miss public transport, it can take a while since you reach city center

The twin room with balcony was really nice and comfortable, and the linen and towels were appreciated. The view was nice and ample breakfast. The guy at the desk in the morning (I think his name was Marco) was so kind and friendly. It was nice to be close to Porto but also a little bit away (45 mins walk) to enjoy the river ocean view. Great restaurant opposite hostel and a big supermarket also opposite and bus stop nearby- didnt need bus as uber was very cheap and quick.

A couple of showers didn't drain well, which was a bit frustrating. Some toilets the lids don't stay up so tricky to use! Minor things because the hostel itself was very nice and staff fantastic.

Honestly, a very beautiful hostel, great reception and assistance The hotel has all the services, including a kitchen, a refrigerator, and a washing machine A very wonderful breakfast and everything is available The location is a little far from the city center, but you can walk if you like to reach all the centers you need close to the sea And from a river A hotel in a very quiet and comfortable place, and each room has only 4 beds There is a place for women and a place for men Very quiet and pleasant hostel The best hostel I went to in all European cities I advise everyone to book this hostell and you will not regret it Even for the very reasonable price, I give this hostel ten stars.

Honestly, there is no problem, just a small problem with the bed above. It needs some repairs to make it work. A little noise and something else. There is no better hostel so far. I have known it in all the European countries I have visited.

Our room was a great size with a large terrace looking out onto the river. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Toilets and showers were spotless. We got clean towels when we asked. Staff were excellent, excellent - can't praise them enough

Members kitchen was a little small and very limited in equipment. We bought a lasagne one night to heat up but it was in a metal case so couldn't put in micro wave. There were no plastic/ ceramic dishes to put in micro

Great quiet location near the sea with easy access by bus to Porto City Centre in less then 20 min ride.

A kettle and a mini fridge would be nice to have in the room. Getting to hotel you have to clime a very steep hill. Cleaners try to open your room with their key while you are in the room and they can hear music playing and still try to get inside, which happened on a few different occasions.
