Hotel Costa Verde

We stayed at several hotels across Portugal and this one was one of the better ones. We actually stayed twice once at the beginning and again at the end of our trip 5 nights in total. The breakfast was grate and the location was perfect. There is a parking garage across the street and there are several stores restaurants and bakeries with in walking distance. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk down the street and both rooms we stayed in had city/ocean views. I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything particular not to like. We were traveling with a baby so it was kind of hard to go through the front door with a stroller since they only have a rotating door.

Location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Small but modern room with a comfortable bed and a superb sea view. Very clean and well cared for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price, considering it's a two star hotel.

Breakfast is ok but could be better. Parking the car can be an issue during day time when the beach is crowded. The hotel provides a solution: a parking place in the garage at 5,5€ /day, but you have to make sure it's available.

This was a beautiful place to stay after 26km on the Camino. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, spoke great English, and even borrowed me a pair of scissors to cut my blister bandage. The air conditioning was a lovely escape from the heat! It was close to the Camino and other services. I very much enjoyed the included breakfast.

Sparkling clean hotel steps from the beach. Charming engaging staff. Good breakfast, spacious seating area, attentive food staff. Speedy efficient check in and check out.

Had a problem with the Air-conditioning... One night could not get it to turn on. In fairness to the hotel, since it was not incredibly warm, we didn't ask for help, so just a very minor frustration.

Terrif. Lots of options, and fresh fruit is always a hit. Front desk AND breakfast ladies all very friendly. I suggested to two at front desk they could be proud working there as hotel is very clean. The sitting room is a nice touch. Gorgeous view!

I prefer individual bottles of shampoo , conditioner and body soap/wash.

We really enjoyed our stay at Costa Verde. Very close to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the room was nice! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend to use the hotels garage, it can be a bit hard to find a parking spot. Just ask in the reception.

Maybe the hotel can expand the breakfast buffet a bit. Like more alternatives - salad for example.

They had a good breakfast, nice quiet rooms and comfortable bed. The bathroom were nice and the water in the shower warm. Downtown location was convenient.

coffee machine took a long time to prepare one cup and the line was very long (plus no coffee in the room).

Clean, comfortable, modern, helpful staff, great location and fantastic value for money. Brilliant hotel, we were impressed.

Very comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. close to mini markets and restaurants. Breakfast was great for pilgrims with lots of options including boiled eggs, cheese and ham. had to re-hook up to the wifi occasionally.

The staff is doing excellent job, and not just the general manager, but the rest of the team too. Thank you for your professionalism and help.
