this place is okay to stay in Porto mostly if you want to be close to the airport, it is very close and cost less on uber than their public transport for me and my son. i like that there is coffee machine, drinks and microwave on the ground floor at least but not in the rooms. the room we stayed in was clean and ok very close to public transport to move around if you wish

i would have prefer a kettle for hot water in the room and microwave if possible. the hotel only do breakfast not lunch or dinner

The place is great, not far from the airport, very friendly stuff and we really appriciated the possibility of making hot drinks! Such a detail and it makes such a difference! We really loved the shower - I mean: WOW!!! It is very special! Beds are great! Hotel offers breakfast for a reasonable price, but unfortunatelly we couldn't use it due to our early flight....

The suggested way to get to the hotel (by your web page) was taxi. However taxi charged 15 Euros!!! for 2 minutes drive, claiming that it is the minimum charge from the airport. There is a bus stop nearby and also for those who don't mind walking, it is just 20-25 minutes walk. I mean - yes, you can't walk if you have large luggages, but it would be great to know there are also other options....

Given the reason of our visit, the location was nice, because it was easily reachable with a car and closeby enough to where we needed to be. The housekeeping brings you some sweets and coffee for the coffee machine almost everyday, which is amazing. At the reception, you can get more tea, coffee for free, and some snacks/drinks that you can pay at the desk. Service was always very nice, having a 24/7 reception desk really saved us, given our flight was delayed and we needed to check in and out in the middle of the night. Our bedroom had TV, and the beds were really comfortable. 100% recommend, it's really close to the airport.

We spent the night in a hotel because we were looking for a hotel close to the airport. First of all, Robison welcomed us with a smile and in a very pleasant manner, the room itself was clean and pleasant, everything looked new, the shower was excellent and the entire short stay was exactly as we expected. There were renovations in the hotel during our stay, we were afraid that they would disturb us, but luckily they took us into consideration and put us away from the noise. Thank you

Very comfortable beds & great pillows, plenty of space, great bathroom & shower, modern decor & very clean. Communal areas very spacious & clean, wonderful staff- very helpful. Complimentary tea & coffee in lobby, good selection of food & drinks in vending machines, & staff happily provided us with ice for our own drinks. Close to airport, inexpensive Uber ride (2km). Unfortunately left too early for breakfast, but it looked really good.

Would have liked a top sheet, a duvet is too warm in summer

We enjoyed our stay here, it was clean and comfortable. It was quite close to the airport and there are a couple of small grocery stores in the area to get food. Friendly and helpful staff as well. The lobby was huge and looked newly renovated and had a funky modern vibe which was very welcoming. There is breakfast as well for a fee.

The electricity in the room only works when the key card in the slot, so when we left our room, the fridge would not work and we were not able to keep anything cold. There were no glasses in the room, and when we asked for some we were only able to have small paper cups to drink our port. There are not many food options around and due to the fridge not working well, we recommend to get non perishable groceries.

The hotel is on the main road leading to Porto airport and easily reachable. Lots of parking available on site. The lobby was being renovated at the time of my stay and smelt of paint but this is temporary and didn't affect my stay. Checking in and out was very easy and quick, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room for three was quite large with a king double and a single bed. The room and the linen were very clean and the air con worked a treat. The bathroom was roomy and modern, and perfect for a night's stay.

We were missing a bath and hand towel in the room but got given this when we asked at reception.

The room was clean, bed really comfortable, quite area. The hotel is close to the airport (2km - 15 min by foot), you can easly take the bus (2,5€/pp) to the shopping center (2,5km from the hotel) or to the city center (30min). Staff was also really nice.

The breakfast was not too impressive and not the best coffe, but it was Ok just to eat something before going to a long walk through the city.

The online check-in system was really great and simplified the arrival. The receptionist was super nice. The room was spacious and very quiet. The free coffee machines in the lobby were great added bonus. You can reach the hotel from the airport either by foot in 23 minutes or take a taxi. The taxi that the hotel ordered me for my early flight was on time and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Clean room on both days, hotel overall also clean. Beautiful decoration, very calming.

Breakfast was reasonable, without many vegetarian options. Location was challenging, as not many restaurants/shops around and tricky to go to the airport: either 5 minutes by car or 26 minutes walk. Bolt saved our lives going to the city centre at an affordable cost! Room was clean on both days, but towels were not replaced! Don’t tell me it’s to save the planet. Just a few snacks available.
