The staff were all so very nice and helpful...it was a surprise to have a knock on our door, and someone came in with glasses of sparkling wine and a platter of cake! The bed was very comfortable, with nice linens, and the room surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to the airport. It isn't a touristy or picturesque neighbourhood, but we did have an exceptional dinner at the classy restaurant about a block away (I think it was called Fernando's). I wish I knew the name of the lovely man on staff who, at 7 am, insisted on driving us in the guesthouse shuttle to the door of the terminal, even though we had said we didn't mind walking the short distance.

My only problem was that I couldn't figure out how to work the shower...so many knobs.

The room was pretty okay, but the special touch was the people, their attention and service. Travelling alone with a 4-year-old, I got much more than expected: a shuttle service, a breakfast to go, extra chocolate milk for the little one and some drinks at arrival. The content of the mini-bar was also included. Thank you to the two ladies at reception and the nice driver at 6 am. It's, of course, around the corner to the airport, but they offered the shuttle since it was so early and I was carrying luggage and a very sleepy child.

Although it was for free, the minibar could be colder. Otherwise, all was fine.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was excellent (near the rent-a-car area and the airport). The breakfast was spot on for what we needed at 3am in the morning and fresh too! They serve you your breakfast at any time you desire. Plus they drop you to the airport for free at any time you desire. WiFi was excellent a free. Smart TV with Netflix etc. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Lovely little place to stay. Plus they also had a surprise birthday cake ready for my daughter's birthday on arrival, with drinks, balloons etc.....all on the house. Free mini-bar too. Would definitely recommend this place. They are super nice and helpful!

Small thing: the car park around the back only holds about 5 cars and is VERY small and tight to maneuver. But plenty of spaces on the street.

First of all, the staff was really nice and helpful and they even offered us some drinks and a slice of cake! Besides that, the room was really cosy and, although the hotel is really close to the airport, they still provide a free shuttle service, which is really helpful if you have a lot of baggage. The breakfast was really nice and complete and they served it in the room. I will definitely be back!

There isn't anything we didn't like, we just had some issues with the hot water in the shower, but it was our own fault, because they have staff available 24/7 and we could have just asked.

Proximity to the airport and affordability were the key factors in booking this hotel. Hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport which was a bonus. We found both the hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served to our room in a basket which was well stocked with fresh bread and croissants, cheese, ham, butter, yogurt, juice as well as tea and coffee (which we brewed fresh in our room).

Room size was a bit small when travelling with two large suitcases. Shower faucet was a bit difficult to figure out. We had to be careful when showering as the shower area had a partial partition without a door and the water spray fell outside of shower cubicle onto the bathroom floor.

This small hotel is ideal if you have an early flight from Porto. Lovely comfortable bed, and loads of lovely kind touches from staff including a glass of wine and cake on arrival. Coffee machine and fridge with fruit juice/beer in the room, modern bathroom with rain shower and free shower cap (much appreciated 😂). Free shuttle to the airport too - even though it’s literally 5 minutes to walk there. Good breakfast delivered to your room from 1am - handy for the earliest flights! Excellent restaurants in the locality are within 5-10 minutes walk too.

Our room was compact but that was no problem for a 1 night stay.

Absolutely convenient if you need to be near the airport. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast served in your room. Large and comfortable beds and the hotel/rooms are spotlessly clean. Nespresso coffeemachine in the room. Good wifi. USB sockets near the bed.

The double rooms are small, it is difficult to place and use your luggage. We really didn't like that the bathroom and toilet are literally in the room, separated by a wall that does not reach the ceiling. Breakfast is served in the room only, and due to lack of space we had to eat it on the bed. Ok for 1 night or if you are alone.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff is exceptionelly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very plentiful with warm bread and scrambled eggs, nothing missing, but a bit of a challenge to consume it with little space. The room and hotel are very artful and interestingly decorated.

I can't say I did not like it, but for practicality there were 4 decorative pillows on the bed and no place to put them for sleeping since the room is small. It is well ment, we suggest that the amount of bath towels could be reduced to 2 per person (space!) Also a small soap dish on the glass shelf by the sink would be helpful. The faucet on the sink is apparently defective for quite some time. The knob falls on the beautiful porcelan sink and is damaging it.

Location is perfect for a rest before or after a trip through OPO. Service was excellent and better than many higher priced hotels—greeted with a free bottle of sparkling wine, beer and iced tea in fridge, cake, and gummy bears for the little one. Included continental breakfast delivered to your room at a scheduled time. Shuttle to the airport was ready at check out. Fairly quiet for being next to the airport, light traffic noise. Cozy and clean commuter hotel, but still a decent sized bed and bathroom. Water pressure and temperature are good. Modern style furnishings. Great value for the price and location. Would rebook as it exceeded my expectations and met our family’s needs.

The bathroom wall doesn’t reach the ceiling, so the light is bright and the fan can be heard from the bed. Mostly an issue if someone is trying to sleep. For this price range, do not expect luxury amenities or luxe bedding/hotels. Mini fridge could use a clean. It is a cozy room and someone needing to work might need a larger desk.

it’s really memorable … we took Ryan air from marakech and was expecting delays and stuff .. fortunate our flight was on time .. it was a bit of walking from the airport … pretty easy.. what’s really memorable is .. they served cakes and sparkling wine to your room as check it.. my spouse read the reviews and knew it’ll be there .. but for someone like like me .. it came as a surprise which I really appreciated! I mean, they are good! who’ll give give bad review after drinking wine!? the room is small but have everything that you’ll require for a night stay by the airport.. highly recommend it!
