Very good location Nice facilities Quite clean

We booked a junior suite but the room was not the size of a regular junior suite. It was slightly bigger and the couch was transforming in a bunk bed. The room temperature control was possible just through a mobile app, so we tried to connect on and on and just after 2 days it worked The breakfast is quite pour and the quality of food can be improved The AC is doing a terrible noise and if you want to sleep is disturbing until you get used with it

I had to work from the room and it was very convenient. A very large desk with available plugs for laptop. Sth so simple but doesn’t exist in most of the hotels. Secondly i made a mistake at reservation but front desk helped me to cancel it without any charges. Very helpful staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds…

You have to go around the parking lot to find the main entrance.

The receptionist was really welcoming and helpful. The gym facilities were excellent. The location of the hotel is great, close to the shopping mall and lovely park too.

The breakfast selection in the classic restaurant was spot on, I particularly loved the egg benedict. All the waiting staff were amazing, but Miha has great customer care and pays good attention to details. I forgot my earphones one morning and he called my room and offered to bring the earphones to me. What a kind man!!!

Great location, very good breakfast, coffee machine in the room, nice and modern design. The fact that we got the free update to a superior, newly renovated room. The pool and gym looked nice and appealing but we did not have the time to use them. We also liked the Glucoza terrace both ambiance and food wise.

The final touches that make the difference: -the reception area is a bit dated -the finishings of all civil works seems a bit sloppy -the maintenance of the exterior area: for example the spider webs all over the outside of the windows on the hallway to the pool and the garden not very well taken care of. Taking better care of these sorts of details could improve the overall experience of guests

It wasn't the first stay at Caro, however this time we literally stayed one night, having to be at the airport early in the morning. We chose the location because it was only 17 minutes away from Otopeni. The room was comfortable and cozy. The parking turned out to be complementary, which was a nice touch. Thank you!

The building is getting older and shows some signs of aging. There were some cracks in the ceiling and walls, but nothing to take away from the comfort of the place.

Check in was without any problems and was done in a very personal way. Rooms are nice and there are a lot of other facilities such as a gym and swimming pool. The hidden TV integrated in a large mirror is a nice feature

For business, if you want to work in your room, this is nearly not possible. There is no working desk or decent chair to sit in. You only have a stool and a small "tablar" to put your laptop on.

location is comfortable - in the middle of the downtown. Tasty breakfast in the restaurant.

service is not good in general - we arrived in the evening and found that instead of double room we ordered it was twin room, also they didn’t provide us with baby bed after we asked for it. we asked at least to change twin beds to one bed so that our child could sleep with us, but they told us that there’s no one in their staff who can do this for us. also it was not clean in the room, the cleaning was not very thorough( Staff in the reception is very slow and speaks English not good

The staffs are kind. The hotel was busy hosting sport team so they were not able to assign the twin beds that we requested ahead for us. However, we were able to separate the bed by ourself since the bed was a joined beds not a big futons. We asked for extra blanket and they gave it to us in a jiffy with no extra charge. We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast choices was great.

The location, facilities (especially the gym and the ice ring area) were awesome. The food (we had dinner in La Vitrine and breakfast in the main restaurant) was delicious and beautifully presented. I would definitely stay again if visiting Bucharest in he future.

The following is just a note for improvement not a complaint: Staff was helpful but could so even better by smiling more and greeting when facing guests.
