I was in business class room #11, queen bed, Nice breakfast is good with many shops closed in earlier morning hours. Hotel staff was friendly and always helpful. Uber or Taxi 100 meters away at Lipsiani Street with Hilton at the corner as a landmark. Watch out for cheater Taxis with meters that after driving 100 meters or less already show, 6.00 Lei. Tell driver to stop and let you out or you will call Politie (police). There is no parking anywhere close. Nice very centrally located no traffic street, small 12 to 15 room hotel in center of Old Town. Much choice on nearby restaurants. Outdoor seating area music is silenced at 22:00. Hotel room was quiet facing the street. No car traffic in Old Town sector. Uber to airport(OTP) @45 Lei. Local taxis not Uber require cash. No credit cards for local Taxis.

What a lovely hotel the Rembrant is! We had a wonderful stay for my husband’s 30th birthday. We had the top room with a balcony - with superb city views, a little sun trap in mid August and high up enough to sleep through the busy and sometimes noisy nights. Having walked through what seemed like the WHOLE of Bucharest - it is definitely in the nicest area. Clean room and a comfy bed with a shower AND a bath! Very helpful and attentive staff. Would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting this lovely city!

The breakfast was lovely but a little more variety would be nice. Lovely coffee though!

The location was brilliant to access the old town. From there we were within walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes. There was live music in the square which was lovely and the Uber pick up was only 1 min walk away. Staff were extremely helpful in helping us make bookings in restaurants and providing knowledge of the local facilities.

Perhaps the pillows could be softer and the water in the room can do with being replaced once used. Maybe offer something hot for breakfast too but then again there are so many cafes close by that does this

A great hotel at the heart of Bucharest old town! Cafeterias and restaurants are at the hotel’s doorstep! You can walk around the whole city from the hotel! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very clean! The room offers a kettle a small water bottle coffee x2 and tea bags x2 and shampoo shower gel and soaps slippers and a mini fridge!! The breakfast is simple but great for a city break - perhaps the best latte i had in hotel - although it does not offer fresh fruit. Note that the hotel is in a pedestrian area so you need 1 minute walking from the car drop off pick up area. Also the lift is small and the breakfast is served in the mezzanine which can only be accessed by stairs so if you have strollers the accessibility is limited. Luggage storage is offered for free but we decided to pay 30 euros and kept our room for a later check out since we had a late evening flight. For us travelling as a couple for two days in Bucharest without our kids with just one small hand luggage this hotel met far our expectations and would return back to it for sure!!! Best things -location value for money friendly staff and cleanliness !!! Recommended !!!!!!

We loved this hotel as the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was very large and great value as well as being spotlessly clean. It is so well located, right in the centre of the Old Town and when we next stay in this city it would definitely be our hotel of choice.

The location in the old town was great, We were in walking distance of lots of restaurants and places to visit. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great, very hot water. Breakfast was included and was very good. The female receptionist who was on duty during the day was lovely and extremely helpful, giving us lots of ideas of things to go and see. She ought to be a tourist guide, she was so knowledgeable and made our short stay in Bucharest so enjoyable. The staff on duty at breakfast on our first morning were also very good.

I had thought the bill coud be paid in Euros, but was told on arrival it had to be paid in Lei. The man on reception at check in was not very helpful about this and was very abrupt.

The location is the best, very central in old town. The small hotel is very charming, and most importantly , the staff were very helpful and nice, which makes the hotel an oasis in the Bucharest where people there are generally very curt and rude, and esp to foreigners and tourists. I would advise any tourist not to stay , to skip visiting in Bucharest on the account of the unfriendly , unhelpful, rude Bucharest city people. Most of the people working in shops, restaurants etc. were very rude and impolite. Romania is a lovely country, and one should visit Romania and tour places like in Transylvania, Brasov, etc. If need to, spend a few hours to tour Bucharest, One would not miss anything except the rudeness, if you don't visit Bucharest altogether. Rembrandt Hotel is one exceptional where the staff is mostly nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but awesome.

Its a little dated.

The hotel is located just in the middle of the old town. Most of the sights can be reached by walking. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for two people and the internet connection was always stable during the stay. There was a fridge and kettle in our room. The breakfast was not the best but quite OK. There are only a few rooms in the hotel, so if you plan a stay in Bucharest, never hesitate and just book a room in this hotel.

There might be more choices in the breakfast.

The staff of the hotel were accommodating and friendly. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable one-night stay. Breakfast was served from 07:30 to 10:30. The hotel is located in the old town of Bucharest, which is a nice location for a short stay (but it can get noisy at times).

When I arrived, there was loud music on the streets, and I could hear some of it in my room (but much quieter than outside). The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone with a cobblestone road, and it was around 70 meters away from a taxi drop-off point.

Room size, outlook, location, breakfast, friendly staff, reasonably quiet considering location. A nice, small hotel with large rooms in an excellent location. WIFI good.

The safe was temperamental. It would not open despite using the correct code. The staff key to unlock our safe was missing. We stayed in a different room the week before and had similar problems with the safe although then we could open it at the third attempt. The safes need to checked and serviced. In both cases we had to carry our valuables with us as we could not trust the safes.
