Hotel Venezia by Zeus International

The suite was good, large, comfortable bed, separate wardrobe, super clean bathroom, very good TV room. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is being painted, so it was a little dirty. But in the end it's a good hotel. I don't advise paying for breakfast, it has a lot of poor quality and offer of products to eat.

Excellent breakfast, rich choices, exceeded my expectation ! The "salle a manger" with the French statuettes, and the furniture, reminded me of the old French romantic little hotels in Paris. The bathrooms fully equipped with all the necessities: bathrobes, slippers ,shampoo, soaps ..etc…etc. The rooms equipped with mini bar, electric kettle, coffee, tea etc. Renovated, clean environment , excellent location, 150 meters walk from the most beautiful garden in Bucharest (the famous Cismigiu) , another 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Old City with the beautiful lights, restaurants, and bars. Friendly and competent staff, thanks to Gabriela, Costache and the 3 Andrei. ;)

That stay was great. All staff very friendly and happy to help. We had the executive room and this had a shower. I believe not all of the rooms there do, but this one did. It was worth paying slightly more to have extra space and a shower. The hotel had plenty of character as in an older style building. The location was close to a nice park and some small shops. It was away from busy shopping areas, if that is what you prefer and need you may wish to book elsewhere.

There wasn't really anything I disliked about being here. Part of the consideration of booking was price, and being here was great value. Staying at a brand hotel would potentially give more of what people may be used to from well known hotel chains in the UK, but they will cost more. I thought this was great value and was happy with booking.

Although the room is somewhat small by American standards it was quite comfortable and very adequately furnished and had a safe in the room. I liked the tub/shower combination but it would be quite hard to get into the tub if you are mobility challenged. I do not know if they have mobility accessible rooms or not. The internet was quite good and easily accessed in my room on the fifth floor. I liked the small balcony looking out at the city. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in my room was not ajustable and was set at 16 degrees C. It never got anywhere near that cool, thank God. It seemed to keep the room around 79⁰ F during the afternoon and around 72 to 74⁰F at night. It was comfortable but you could tell that there were minor maintenance issues with this hotel.

Great breakfast with lots of choice. Very pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Loved the bathrobe and slippers. Very good powerful shower. Bed very comfortable. Good air con in rooms and safety deposit box. Excellent location close to everything with a lovely big park a stones throw away to walk read or relax in. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Good value for money.

Our room was separated from the next room by a simple door. We shoud be informed about that when they gave us the room because that was a problem. There was noise from the next room in the middle of the night by people speaking and also from its bathroom. We had to check that the noise wasn't from our bathroom. If we knew that we wouldn't have booked that room.

The room was great and clean, including the bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and the WiFi was pretty fast. No doubt about the location of this hotel: it is close to everything (city center, park Cismigiu, bus lines, etc). The breakfast is rather complete and diverse! I'd like to leave a shout-out to the reception staff: they were very friendly and helpful.

The taps and toilet were leaky. There was always water on the floor after flushing. A bit unacceptable at this price level and type of accommodation.
