Loved my stay here. The reception personnel was fantastic. I really liked breakfast as well. The best part about this hotel is the location. It's very close to Sarria and Les Tres Torres metro stations and you won't have hard time reaching Pl. Catalunya or Pl. d'Espanya. To me the area has been quiet. There is a pub/restaurant outside of the hotel (on the corner) and it might be a little loud from voices until 11 but it's pretty quiet afterwards; even with the pub, the noise is not terrible. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels are replaced daily as well. I haven't used WiFi that much but whenever I needed to, I could watch Youtube or Netflix without any issues.

We had an issue with our room and even though, the problem was fixed, it happened again 2 days later. After that, we switched a room. The noise isolation is also not the best; we have very quiet neighbors but whenever they did something like packing their bags or talking, we could hear everything. While i liked the breakfast, it would be good to add some variety to it; maybe just 1 dish that is different based on the day of the week.

Nice area, close to subway, great breakfast, staff very friendly and accomodating.Room was comfortable with good closet space. Electric kettle . Nice Terrace. Quiet and not overrun by tourists. Bathroom lighted makeup mirror. Nice hotel, run by nice people.

Sliding bathroom door very difficult and painful to move. No drawers. Except for one, La Foccaccia, which was excellent but closed during much if our stay ,area restaurants ranged from passable to horrible. Terrace wicker lounges very uncomfotable. Need padding. Area lovely but not very diverse.

I liked the area in which the hotel is situated - the neat Sarria district. Nearby there are two bars and a restaurant, as well as some supermarkets. The metro station is 5 min away, you can reach the center of the city, Plaza Catalunya, in 15 min with the metro. The breakfast is very nice but you have to pay extra.

In the beginning we got a room to the back of the hotel, where we looked directly into the windows of the neighbours. You could hear every word during the day.. and night. There was no balcony, just a small window. The peak of my patience was reached when once during a night somebody at 5am talked loudly on the phone and smoked for almost half an hour and I could not sleep. After I complained at the reception next day, we were given a new, nice room towards the street.

The location is ideal. It’s just a short train ride to Sarria. I arrived early so my room got bumped up to a terrace room at no extra cost. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating. Affordable.

No kettle in the room. Some evenings I worked through the night and would have loved to make a quick cup. There are also no communal hot water/tea/coffee etc on the floor for me to just look after myself.

The room was a little small, but it still had everything we needed. The staff managed to accomodate us by giving us one with two separate beds, AND they accommodated my request of a room with plenty of natural light. It was absolutely perfect and the staff was so so so nice. Side note, the bathroom also had a bidet, which as an italian I appreciated SO much. There is also an excellent cafe nearby, out the door and to the left, around the corner.

We did not have breakfast because it was 10 euros per person. While I understand that it's a buffet situation, 10 euros is excessive in my opinion. Probably because even if I was to have breakfast at a cafè I wouldn't spend that much. I suppose people who eat a lot for breakfast might find that reasonable.

Customer service is excellent! Personnel is amazingly attentive, polite and willing to help at any time. I received a warm welcome when arrived the first night. Apart, I had to work two days of my stay and I was offered a cup of coffee every time when sitting and working on the living room. It made my stay and work so much comfortable and pleasant! Thank you!!

It would be nice to have restaurant service for dinner.

Great friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts with a big variety of products and great service. Great location (3-5 min to metro station), 10-15 min to the city center by metro. Clean bathroom in good condition. Cleaning every day. A bottle of water as a present.

Glass doors in the bathroom have 2 wholes on both sides and actually do not close. Just why?)) If you travel with not a close person, it can be a problem. The room was cozy but rather small for 2.

Hotel in a very quiet and calm location. Several metro stops from the centre. Room was very small but enough for one person.

The only SMALL window looked out onto the platform of the escape route. It was darkened and opened only a little, making the room always dark. needed to use lamp during the day. Air conditioning was operational but only two options either off or full on. No timer, no temperature setup, no remote. need to turn it on and off several times during night

The hotel and room overall had a very high standard. Everything is clean, modern and works well. Staff is very friendly and took a lot of time to introduce us to the facilities and propose things to do in Barcelona. Stores, bakeries, post office and public transport nearby.

There was a bottle of water inclusive and also a bag of chips... well, the chips were not, even though it seemed so. We had to pay 3,50€ for a 50g package, that was a bit a bummer...

The hotel was in an excellent position in Barcelona. All amenities within walking distance. The hotel itself was extremely friendly with staff going out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. The room was very clean indeed and cleaned every day. The cost for staying at the hotel for four days was quite low and well exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend to others and I will definitely pay them another visit.

If it had to pick on one thing it would be the bathroom door not giving enough privacy.
