NH Collection Barcelona Constanza

We have stayed in this hotel with my sister for 2 nights at December. Everything was absolutely perfect - beautiful designed quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, helpful and friendly staff... You feel there just like you should feel in the right accommodation . Also location of the hotel is perfect - it has very nice and cozy neighborhood with some interesting restaurants, coffee places etc. and it's still pretty close to the Barcelona's city centre (approximately 20 minutes). I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I'm really excited to come back again!

Nothing. It was perfect.

Good location, not far from the buss or tram. Metro bit further (approx 10 min walk). Close to L'illa mall with lots of shops and lots of restaurant options if you don't want to go into the city center. Rooms are quite roomy. Bathroom as well. Staff was wonderful. We had some issue with the ac, but was fixed in no time. Pool on top was nice too. Especially since it was 35 degrees the whole week. High walls gave some well needed shadow too. Breakfast was great too. Lots of options! Every morning breakfast was a feast

We were up on floor six roadside and there was quite some noise from the streets. Beds a bit hard for our liking.

An extremely comfortable stay. The room was huge and well furnished, the beds were huge and too comfy, the bathroom was perfect, we loved it all. Daily spotless cleaning, friendly staff. Our stresses just melted away. This part of the city is excellent for a leisurely walking, many restaurants and shopping centres in the vicinity. La Rambla is a bit far and you need to take a bus.

My advice to others - if you get a message from the NH collection for online check in ( via Booking.com) - just ignore it. You will anyhow be given a new room on your arrival and your selection plays no role.

The room was really spacious, as was the bathroom, which had a full bath and a shower. There were some lovely touches, like a wooden seat in the bathroom, and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel at both the bath and the shower. The hairdryer was excellent. The hotel is located next door to a huge mall, although beware it is closed on Sunday! We did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on breakfast. The hotel is approx 10 minute walk to the metro and 20 min taxi to the airport. To get into the centre of Barcelona will take about 20 mins on the metro. It has the feel of a business hotel which was fine for us as we just needed somewhere to sleep while visiting Barcelona. It feels like quite a residential area and has a nice vibe, but might not be for you if you like to be in the centre of things.

Although we asked for a double bed, our room had 2 single beds pushed together with separate bedlinen. Someone in a room close to us kept letting their door slam shut, which could be heard very clearly in our room.

Our family had a very nice stay for 2 nights. We were given 2 rooms, right next to each other. The rooms were very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Modern bathrooms with great showers. All of us slept well. There is a small rooftop pool. We used the underground parking, which was available for an extra charge. On the day we checked out, the staff let us keep the car in the garage for the afternoon, which was appreciated. There are several good places to eat around, and a shopping mall next door. The location is near Ave Diagonal, with buses and trains available to go into the city center. Since there were 4 of us, we took a taxi which cost us about 10 Euros. A solid 4 star hotel in Barcelona, we have no complaints at all.

I have stayed here a few times now and it has become my preference when staying in Barcelona. The room I stayed in this time had a huge bed and looked out onto the street at front of hotel. There is no noise in room if the window is closed but even with window open it's generally a quiet area. Bathroom had a shower and bath with pretty good toiletries for a hotel. On arrival the room also had a little snack plate with some small cakes and fruit - there is also tea, coffee, water and minibar in room. The hotel is located near the city centre but I took the bus most days to get around which is pretty easy. The hotel has a shopping centre at the back which is well stocked with shops and food options. There are also the usual international chains nearby like Starbucks, MacDonalds. I never ate in the hotel but had a Cava and some nibbles in bar which was nice. The area in general is quiet, safe and a mix of business and residential/university. It is very easy to get around - as I said I used the bus, you could probably walk to most places and there were always taxi outside reception. Will stay here again.

The new restaurant/bar area was not as comfortable as previously. It use to have sofa and more of a lounge feel and now there is this attractive separator and tables and chairs.

The whole experience was amazing, I would like to thank the hotel staff for giving us a wonderful stay.

Went four days to Barcelona and stayed in three different 4 star hotels, the Hotel NH Collection Barcelona Constanza was the best of them three in terms of rooms, service, staff and the breakfast. Shortly summarized: Great spacious rooms with comforable beds, a shower and a bathtub, an exceptional breakfast, a spa area (sauna & pool) and most of all a great service from the staff. We could check-out later and the Hotel prepared a small cake on my request for my brother's birthday in advance with a greetings card. Very much appreciated, thanks a lot for the great great surprise!

The only downside that I see here is the location is a bit outside of the city centre. It is calm and still next to a shopping centre. But this is the only downside that I see.

brilliant rooms, spacious, modern, clean, loved that it had a shower and separate bathtub. bed was super comfy. The swimming pool was an added bonus and the buffet breakfast despite being €17 for adult and €8 for a child each it was a banquet fit for a king better than most even 5stars, everything so fresh and delicious. Simao the receptionist was spectacular, he was really helpful and attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. everything 10/10 recommend 10/10 having such a great experience helped us have a great time in barcelona.

The hotel is to notch in terms of facilities etc. Great location and excellent room comfort.

I was told when I checked in that if I come to the desk and ask for the breakfast it is cheaper than buying from the restaurant. When I returned the next morning to get a breakfast I was told the cheaper price only applies if you order breakfast the night before. When I explained to the receptionist that I wasn't told this she wasn't very sympathetic at all and was quite dismissive of me. The room was too warm.
