The clean facilities, the coffee machine (!), The comfortable beds

The lack of reception is an issue. There is no one to assist with basic questions - I asked for directions to the hotel from BCN airport and was sent a link to a bus company that was useless! When I complained, I got no further feedback. Every other hotel we stayed in in Spain was able to give us precise directions. Also, we could not leave our bags at the hotel prior to book in, because there is no reception. There were no blankets in the rooms and I had no one I could ask for one. Eventually we found a cleaner who assisted. Also, the rooms could do with a mini fridge, and in an our room the bathroom pipe was leaking - once again, no one we could report it to.

Very clean rooms, nice goodies, everything one needs for a short stay - Safe and quiet neighborhood ( though a little bit far from the center if you are a tourist, but for us it was perfect as we were visiting friends in the same area. There are buses, ferrocarriles and a metro station close by) - very reactive staff, even without a reception. I asked for a blanket via WhatsApp and when we came back at night the blanket was there indeed

- some water coming out of the shower, because the rubber band of the shower door was a little bit damaged but it wasn't too bad ( we even asked for extra floor towels and received them immediately)

The housekeeping staff provided excellent cleaning services, and the metro station is conveniently located within a 10-minute walking distance.

I find it difficult to recommend this apartment due to the following reasons: - The shower was leaking, and though a repair person was sent, they couldn't fix it and no taken it seriously as a "minor issue." Leakage remained until the last day. - The room size was much smaller than depicted in the photos. - Guests are not allowed to stay unless they provide passport and selfie photos, a requirement that was communicated only a few days before check-in. - The call center took 20 minutes to answer calls, with repeated ringing. Overall, to avoid forming a negative impression of Barcelona, I strongly discourage staying in this apartment.

Really enjoyed my stay here - comfortable hotel, I stayed at room 501 - it was clean, bright and spacious enough for two. In general Sarria is a good and safe area, a bit far from main attractions, but easily acsessable by FGS line L6 (20 min to get to placa Catalunia), and close to Gracia area (15 min on bus H4). The room was equiped with everything necessary: coffee machine with coffee and milk capsules, paper cups and reusable mugs, toothbrushes (good quality), electric teapot and tea pads, small fridge with small bottles of water inside, iron and small iron table, hair dryer. It was mentioned by before that beds are too soft - it indeed feels soft, but it was comfortable to sleep on it. It was really quiet - could be because of the Xmas days. Important to pay attention: there is no reception desk, check in/out is made online (so no way to check-in before 14:45) and no lockers to keep luggage.

No space to keep backpack/luggage in case of late/early flights.

I stayed one week in this hotel and then again the following week. The first room I had had a really bad smell (pipes/humidity). The second room was absolutely fine, so I guess it depends. The location is nice, in a residential, upper hand area. It's barcelona so you can walk and take transportation for wherever you need to go, but it's good to know that it's not a location you would consider central. The access to the hotel is all digital, you don't meet anyone which I kind of enjoyed for once. Everything went smoothly and it gives you a certain sense of independency, like if you were in your own flat. The beds and the furniture were ok, everything was ikea-like. So not an amazing feeling but to me everything was ok and I will definitely be back when I'm in the city for work.

The smell in the first room I was in. The view from the window in the interior patio, so you just see the neighbours terrasses and flats. I don't mind because I know BCN's architecture, but to some it might be disappointing, even from a higher floor.

The lights on our closet didn't switch off, it was on all night. There is no hand soap in the bathroom.

The room was bright clean as presented. The neighbour is not central but nice and well connected to the centre. The room is also quiet.

The door of the bathroom was damaged and did no close well or without noise. From time to time some little smell came out of the bathroom for no apparent reason. It can happen with old pipes. On arrival we had troubles with the code to enter the room but the phone service was effective in helping. There is no luggage storage service, when asked they suggest alternative solution but you have to pay. It was really expensive compared to service received, possibility for late booking and prices were high everywhere, but this means that it is just too expensive everywhere.

I looooved everything about this: The mini fridge with a few drinks in it, the welcome kit including toothbrush (i also happened to forget mine home) and coffee travel mug, the coffee machine in the room with many options to choose from. I also enjoyed the lobby where you could've picked some of those things if you needed a refill. It was really quiet (we stayed at the 6th floor) and we got the room that we wanted. The cleaning ladies were a major help also.

The location isn't the greatest. The metro is 8 minutes away by walking. But that's decent. And the fact that there isn't any staff available to leave your luggage at the reception in case you have to stay around in Barcelona until your flight/bus leaves

The electronic check-in was not problem free. In the list of documents they offered, we selected 'Drivers License'. They emailed us with approval of our ID and 2 days later, the day of check-in, while we were in unsecure wifi, the asked for our 'Passports'. This created alot of unecesssry stress for us. We suggested the insert (for EU customers only) beside the 'Drivers License' and all other check-in ID that isn't applicable to everyone.

The electronic codes sent to us by email also need amendments. The front door code was given as Key1234 yet the pad contained no letters. 2 guys staying there stopped to help. There was a button at the bottom with an old fashioned key symbol. We would not have understood without their help. They also told us to be sure to press the check mark button after our room code when entering, which we would have missed. We recommended to LimeHome to amend their instructions to include 'key symbol' not just 'key' for the fron door and enlarge the 4 font check mark to at least 12 or write in brackets (be sure to tap the check mark after entering your room code) We're seniors but very tech savvy. These corrections are easy and should be done to improve everyones check in experience.

Great stay. Had an initial issue with our room, and although there are no reception staff, we were able to quickly and easily contact the staff through whatsapp and they provided us a new room instead of having us wait for someone to check out the issue - which was great. The location itself is close to bus/train station within 10 minute walk and this helps to get around barcelona easily. The area is quiet and the room is quite comfortable with great amentiries, including daily housekeeping Would stay again

We were woken up at 4.30am with someone accidently trying to get into our room, and as the rooms have keypads they kept thinking they were just getting the code wrong. These things happen but this is probably the only downside, having no reception staff and keypad self entry for arriving guests can be confusing.
