The location was good and the apartment was comfortable.

Requested check-in at 15, arrived a little earlier and was told we need to wait a bit. Then we were told we need to wait another hour until the room is ready, which ended up being 1 hour and 20 minutes. It wouldn't have been a big issue if not for the long trip we had the night before with my parents and spending the whole day walking. I find it unfair that check in is so late but the check out is way earlier. One thing that is also annoying is that the rooms are so close together that one can hear everything that the others in the adjacent room are doing.

We loved the eclectic style of the apartment and the front of house staff were super friendly and helpful! it was extremely comfortable and the pizzas we had as room service were perfect!

Attractive neighbourhood, comfortable beds, clean bedding. Nice layout of the flat. Friendly staff. Walking distance to markets, shops and restaurants. Couple of minutes walk to both bus and metro. Fridge is full with soda,chips, water….they provide washing liquid, shower gel, soaps etc…

The shower looked off condition although it was probably clean, needs some repairs. They enter and clean the flat even though you put the do not disturb sign on the door. And insist on changing the towels when we said it is not needed. Not sufficient equipment to cook, the pans and pots are worn out and scratched. For example no bowl if you want to eat cereals. The restaurant is closed between 16:00-20:00, and you probably would need a reservation.

Very large and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment for our family of three. Wi-Fi worked great, quiet neighborhood. Many nice markets for food within 5 minute walk. Main tourist sites like Gothic neighborhood, La Sagrada Familia 40-45 minute walk or 20-30 min by metro/bus. Small kitchen, large refrigerator, can make simple meals.

A little far from main tourist sites, and fewer restaurant choices in San Gervesi neighborhood than in Eixample or Gracia. However, we loved the neighborhood and like to walk; metro and bus close by if you don’t want to walk.

Isabella’s house is a beautiful hotel in one of my favourite part of Barcelona. It’s really cozy and cute vibe. Thanks to amazing staff you feel there very welcome. The pluses of this place were: It’s not loud so it’s a good spot to rest, there is a air conditioning in every room, minibar was great, everyday we got room service and downstairs there is a lovely restaurant with a great food, it’s close to small grocery shops and pharmacy.

We loved staying in Isabelle's House, the super cool vintage furniture and bold wall colours, well stocked kitchen and relaxed lounge area in our suite made it the perfect place to hang out after a busy day exploring Barcelona and eating in when we didn't want to eat out. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood, only a 5 minute walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful and it made our stay in Barcelona very special. We would definitely recommend it to others and visit again.

These was a TV in our room but I would have liked a sound system to connect to to listen to some music.

A lovely property in a great area Excellent value for money. A lovely team led by Ricky who manages the place with the utmost care and pleasure. It's hard to explain the feeling of the place in words - nothing fancy, everything is just accurate. like Home best location very good breakfast an amazing Italian restaurant

If you are coming alone or as a couple, it is recommended to make sure not to sleep on the floor with babies or small children because the walls are not sealed enough. On the other hand, if you come with children, then choose floors that have other children - if possible. It's a place where you meet people and make friends

We loved our stay in Barcelona and we loved our 2 bedroom apartment at Isabella's House. It was beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed. We had breakfast included in our stay, so we enjoyed it every morning before we went exploring the City. Food was amazing and coffee was great too. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner at the restaurant and I would recommend it. Service was fantastic and food was delicious. It was St Jordi festival during our stay and we got given roses by the waiter. Very nice. Isabella's House was closed to shops and lovely park, also wuick walk to main street where we walked to catch hop on/ hop off bus (great way to see Barcelona)

room was super lovely and nicely decorated! receptionist Alejandra was super helpful and lovely person. Extra mention about super comfy beds! downstairs Italian restaurant was super good! whole hotel & restaurant complex is lovely and uniquely decorated with great vibes.

first two nights we stayed in a room at first floor, balcony door lock didn’t work. After all everything went well, receptionist organised us another lovely apartment so all good.

The facilities and staff were excellent. We loved the cleanliness and the quiet location, and the closeness to El Turo park. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the apartment and it’s amenities. . We arrived early and couldn’t get into a room, but the staff held our luggage for us throughout the day, and had it waiting for us in our room when we arrived. During the two days that we were there, we enjoyed walking around and visiting exceptional outdoor restaurants. We couldn’t think of a better way to end our final two days in Barcelona. The next time we visit Barcelona this will be the only place that we consider for our vacation lodging.

We cannot think of anything that was unsatisfactory. Our stay was fantastic
