Huge bed. Very welcoming staff.

The dog charge was very high (22 euros per night) plus a deposit fee of 200 euros. They actually take the money from your account rather than doing a reservation fee, which means you not only have to wait at check out so they inspect the room before you leave (which was fine, didn't take too long) but the money took 2 days to get back to our account. I have been to many other 4 star hotels in Spain and they do not ask for a deposit, so I thought it was a bit strange but we wanted to stay in that location and this was the only hotel available at the time.

We have stayed at the hotel before for it's convenient location for us. It is outside the usual tourist areas but close to our family in Barcelona. But it is round the corner from the three-storied Westfield La Maquinistas shopping mall with a huge range of big brand shops as well as some smaller boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants open well into the evening. There is an enormous Carrefour at the far end from the hotel. Not ideal for the Barcelona metro and bus services but plenty of low prices taxis. The breakfast was fine but we didn't try the restaurant in the evening. The menu did look inviting but we ate at one of the La Maquanistas establishments. For those so inclined there is a huge Sex Supermarket on the opposide of the hotel slightly up the road.

We were three travelling to a music festival, the location was fantastic for Primavera, in a quiet location next to a large shopping complex and very good train/bus connections to the festival and Barcelona... The hotel was very very nice, a little too posh maybe for three party going guys, but we couldn't really fault any part of our stay.... They even let us keep our bags in a sister hotel closer to the city centre on our last day, which was very nice of them

The staff were amazing and super friendly! Everyone at the reception were happy to help as it was our first time in Barcelona. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Good location as we used the hola Barcelona card and there was a bus stop across the road or a metro station only a 10min walk away. Plenty of shops within the area, huge shopping mall backing the hotel with plenty of places to eat etc. Would definitely consider staying again if we were to come back to Barcelona, highly recommend!!

A little dated, but was very clean.

The hotel is absolutely great. The rooms are good, clean and big enough. Our bed was changed every day by the cleaning lady. The location is great - there are two metro stations with 3 lines of the metro that are great to have direct transport to the centre for 30-40 minutes + bus stop for night bus on the other side of the street. Also, there's a train station nearby for a train that is going directly to Airport T2. Also, the biggest Barcelona Mall is 2 minutes away.

An excellent hotel - we were in a predicament having lost our passports so the Staff at the hotel bent over backwards to support us whilst we sorted everything out with the British Consulate. They could not have been nicer and also spoke excellent English. The breakfast was certainly worth paying for and the freshly squeezed orange juice went down a treat indeed.

All the English channels were only News ones - would have been great if there was a bit more variety as this didnt keep our 8 year old entertained for long!

The accommodations were great, the room had a very big and comfortable bed. The hotel staff was great, they allowed us to drop off our luggage before the check in time. We stayed there during the day of Saint Jordi, and they gave me a book marker and a rose for my girlfriend, and explained about the local tradition. The hotel is far from Barcelona attractions, but it's located in front of a bus station, and 5 minutes walk from a subway station, so that's really not a problem. Definitely recommended!

A very nice hotel near a really big shopping centre and bus stops! It was really clean and had a very rich breakfast! The personnel was super polite and helpful! The room was comfortable, clean and quiet although it had a window looking at the road! The beds were comfortable and it had a spacious working table were you could work on your laptop!

Everything was ok! There is nothing we didn't like!

The staff was very kind and friendly. The proximity to the shopping mall, which had lots of restaurants open till late to get some dinner.

I think that the room prices per-night are a bit overpriced, as in many other similar places in Barcelona. I would also say that this is not one of coolest area to stay in, where visiting the city. A bit far from the center and from many other nicer neighborhoods. True to be told, it is ofc a much less hectic and much calmer area.

The room was spacious, comfortable, very good bed. The staff were nice. The breakfast was rich with a variety of options.

The location is a bit remote, or course not in the centre, but I knew that when booking. But I didn't expect Wi-Fi not to have non stable capacity and occasion problems with connection. There was a desk in the room, but the armchair next to our wasn't the best match for work at the desk.
