The location is at calm district, where there are no so many tourists as in the historical center. Very near to Sagrada Familia - about 10 minutes walk. A lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets around. Metro station Encants just at 150 m distance from the appartment. Smooth check in and payment with automatic machine. Detailed instructions provided beforehand. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. Apartment is big with a balcony. Comfortable beds.

Slow Internet- working comperatevely well at bedrooms. Bath and sink have problems - water doesn't flow well. Hair drier doesn't work.

Location is good. It is 25min away from beach by V23. Torre Agbar is in a walking distance... You can easily go anywhere by public transport. A lot of supermarkets around. It is in pretty quiet, residential area. Our apartment was with a terrace, witch was nice. We had our meals there.🙂 and it was looking to the inner court, so we almost didn't hear traffic at aĺl. It is modern apartmant and had everything we needed. Mattress was ok, which is important to me. Wi-fi occasionally stopped working but not for long.

We felt safe there, as well as for our belongings, but safety box in apartmant would be a nice touch

Lovely apartment, very spacious, clean, easy enough check in procedure although we did have some help from the concierge. He was lovely and friendly. Lovely addition having the welcome bottle of water in the fridge. What Would have been a nice extra addition is if there was a free paper map of the city, it's expensive to use the internet abroad now, so it would have been nice to have a paper map handy or some Information about the area, hot spots, restaurants etc. And have an extra couple toilet rolls, better to have too many than run out. Only thing I will say is the beach and the main tourist area las rambla are far and busy, , the metro stations are easy enough to navigate though and are cheap, we were only a short walk to the Sagrada Familia, and found a lovely restaurant square by the Sagrada Familia, and there are plenty of supermarkets, bars and cafes. Would stay here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the apartment was convenient located at about 15 min by foot to Sagrada Familia. Easy to reach by metro (metro is about 5 min distance from location). we had everything we needed and the apartment was very spacious. nice checkin system (automated). if you arrive prior to checkin hour, they can store your baggage but cannot let you in the room.

I had to call their employees a few times to ask about some things in the day we did the checkin but only one could help (with delay) and the others did not know any English. the apartment not very clean (the bathroom) but not dirty (overall).

the apartment has perfect location, 2 mins from the subway, 10 mins walk from Sagrada familia. The apartment is big enough, sunny and oriented into block so there are no noises from the street. The bed was very comfortable. It was also easy to find, quick to access via selfcheckin. Price was the best one according to location and apartmant

The cleanliness could be better, the bedroom was totally fine however kitchen and bathroom should be better. Also the equipment of the kitchen, for 2-3 nights stay, nobody wants to buy oil, salt and sugar, should be included, it's 5 EUR, not that big deal

The accommodation was very enjoyable, and quite a surprise: it was sizeable, within the city center, and less than a minute close to an L2 metro station.

The downsizes were two: the cleaning takes place every 5 days, and even when the cleaning person came, s/he only changed our towels, without picking up half of the dirty ones. They also did not clean anything else at all: the floor remained very dusty, and the bed was left with the same sheets and not even made. Additionally, a slight con is that we were only provided with toilet paper and a bottle of water, no small shampoo-shower gel samples.

The apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location (near the metro and all the sightseeings).

The only problem was that it didn't have WiFi (or we couldn't find it) and that although they had informed us through Booking that the check out was at 11 o'clock, the staff knocked us at 10:15 and told us that the check out was at 10 o'clock and we had to leave. If you also have any problem with the check-in or with the apartment, unfortunately, it is difficult to find someone to help you. Anyway, we recommend the apartment.

Very well located property. Close to metro station, big supermarkets and cafes and a few minutes walking from Sagrada Família. The ac is really good and it’s a very spacious apartment. An important information is that the check in is automatic, I arrived at the property late night and you just have to ring the doorbell and someone will pick the phone and provide you with all the instructions needed.

Nothing to say. It was everything really good.

Liked the size, it was big, a really interesting layout. Nice kitchen, lots of plates and good amount of dishes, and bathroom and balcony were nice as well, living room space excellent. . Good towels. The second bedroom great for 2 kids. Lovely stay, great location, 2 min away from the M.

My partner is allergic to dust and his nose got stuffed everytime he went close to the bed. There wasn't a reading lamp in the bedrooms, only one side has the night table and there is only one quite useless closet. A really small TV (kids didn't like that). Needs a new frying pan and water boiler.

Great location. 15min walk or 1 metro station to Sagrada Familia. Metro station was 1 block away. Nice grocery store next door to the apartment entrance. Also, nice cafeteria with fresh buns nearby. Silent neighbourhood. The size of the apartment was a nice surprise. Very easy self checkin and checkout as well. Instructions were given in the apartment how to do everything.

We had noisy neighbours and everything could be heard pretty good. Sometimes it felt like somebody is walking in the apartment.
