Vincci Bit

Loved the location as it was so quiet and out of the tourists zone but close enough to walk or ride if you want. Easy walk to the beach, huge shopping centre 2 mins walk, room was really good, nice and clean, staff friendly, easy parking. I would NEVER stay in the main area again after staying in this location.

Pool was tiny, please don’t book this for the pool, you will be disappointed but don’t let it turn you off either, rooftop is nice and so easy to walk to the beach. It’s a full non smoking hotel EXCEPT for rooftop and pool area, it’s gross trying to relax by the pool with people smoking in such a small space…. There needs to be a designated area on the rooftop for it. Even with these issues the value for money, clean modern room and quiet location was perfect.

I loved the size of the room, very spacious and clean. Hotel is very modern which my son and I really liked. Location wise it was very quiet and very well located next to a big shopping mall, local shops, cafes and of course a short walk to the lovely beach. I had a teenager with me so he was always looking for nearby fast food restaurants which more than satisfied his needs. As a lone parent travelling to Barcelona for the first time having the amenities close by meant I could relax and not worry. The staff were so helpful and friendly, I would definitely return. I did appreciate the measures taken by the hotel to be more sustainable. That was great to see.

I can't really say that there was anything I didn't like. I should have taken more advantage of the facilities in hindsight, like breakfast, room service, swimming pool and the spa.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the design, the size of the rooms

The eco friendly policy is not respected, towels and sheets are changed everyday even if you have not asked for it, while the country is facing an important heat wave. There is no brush to clean the toilets, not nice if you need to do the big thing for your roomate or partner. There is no shade at the pool, no umbrella in the sunbed area and we are literally cooking. The food of the restaurant is so-so. The hotel taxi partner does not meet the hotel standing, as his cars are old and dirty, and drivers are stuck on their phones watching videos while they are driving. Not safe at all! A client manager is missing to exchange about our overall experience for a 4* hotel

Bathroom door is sliding, it has no lock at all and you can hear every sound from the bathroom. whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

The environment, spacious room, nice facilities in the room, such as mini bar, tea bags, and kettle.

A bit noise in Friday night, wall is very thin... You can hear neighbours clearly... people have late check in from 10pm to 2am on Friday night, made a lot of noise moving suitcase and talking...other days are very quiet.

Friendly staff!! Spacious room, spacious bathroom, lobby bar good for conference calls and for telework in general.

1. In a 4* hotel you are supposed to supply ceramic coffee cups, not paper ones. 2. The room requires some maintenance efforts (shower pipe leaks; window, whe open the angle of 45°, closes to 15; ventilation does not seem to work in the bathroom; the main lights produce unpleasant noise). 3. We kept the window open during the night to secure the inflow of the fresh air. Our room on the 1st floor looked at the terrace where the breakfast was served, and every morning at around 7 am the staff would start preparing the terrace. It would wake me up and and I would close the window. It would become hot inside shortly. Switching on the conditioner turned out to be not an option as it'd produce noise similar to launching a space rocket.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and modern area. 5-7 minutes to metro station Selva del Mar, 10-12 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to Tram T4 and to big shopping mall with supermarket. 30 minutes by metro to Sagrada Familia. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Also you can have breakfast on terrace on the air. There is underground parking. Also there is bicycle rent station near hotel. The hotel deserves 4 stars and maybe more!

The pool is small, suitable for children (1 m deep). It's better to go to the sea!

Cute hotel very well located, quiet neighborhood close to Diagonal Mar mall (many restaurants, shopping boutiques, beach @ 5min walking …) near to the metro MARESME FORUM. The rooms are well designed, confortables, the beds and pillows are divine. The staff are professional and very kind, especially Mr. Claudio, he’s the man of the situation, he fixed everything for us with a beautiful smile and understanding, everybody was nice, except that girl from the reception (Mereia), she was very rude and disrespectful on the check-in, telling us straight away « You guys are not allow to bring anything from the outside in your room » First of all, we never ever get this kind of warning in a hotel, because we are classy people, we said that is ok because we do respect hotel policies, the next day, we saw bunch of people coming from the outside with groceries, and restaurants stuff and that same girl said nothing to them. It’s unfair and very very wrong, good for her that we are polite people and don’t want to start any kind of mess. We felt very disrespected and discriminated, maybe our type doesn’t suit her , and it is very sad and unacceptable . I really hope that she will get check for that behavior and because of her and her nasty attitude , we won’t come back … Thanks to all the team @ Vincci , expect that unbearable difference of treatment , everything was fine 🙏🏽. International style breakfast with very good ingredients. The hotel is in a very calm position but close to the metro so it is ideal to sleep well and reach every city attraction during the day. The pool on the rooftop is the cherry on top

Only thing we did not like was the management of the booking for the taxi to the airport. We asked the reception to book a taxi the day before our departure, but when it was the time there was a staff member trying to call a taxi (unsuccessfully), so evidently they forgot or they were in late with that task.

Be prepared that it is not the very center, but in my opinion, it is the best neighborhood in Barcelona. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro and then 10-15 minutes to the center. Or take a cab, it's not expensive in Barcelona. The hotel is new and looks great. It's close to the sea, where we swam every day, and a big shopping center with lots of interesting stores and restaurants. Great staff, great cleaning. We stayed in Barcelona for about 150 euros a night and it was definitely worth the money.

I didn't find any minuses at all.
