Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

The location is excellent! It's not right in the centre so you're not disturbed by people passing by but it is a 15 min walk from the beach, near lots of restaurants, transport links (bus stop is just outside) and a Westfield mall. This is called the Westfield Glories, with lots of shops and a huge Carrefour hypermarket. Breakfast was great with a good spread of continental breakfast, fruit and beverages. It's served between 7am and 11am to cater for both business travellers and tourists. They even catered for Covid measures by providing separate spoons and tongs for each customer. There were sanitisers at several points. Masks had to be worn in common areas. They were happy to accommodate our request for connecting rooms and extra bedding before we checked in and then further requests after we got there. The rooms are spacious and have enough storage. Lighting in the large room wasn't enough for winter months. The WiFi worked well, bathrooms are spacious and well lit with a large counter with the basin and space for a bidet. The staff were excellent, all of them. So professional, helpful and friendly. They helped arrange airport transfers and even provided umbrellas to all visitors staying, since it rained quite a bit whilst we were there. Definitely made our stay so comfortable. I hope to be staying here, whenever I visit Barcelona again.

nice room and very clean, great breakfast, great location walking 10 minutes to the beach 10 minutes to train station and tram across the road , 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport, everything is perfect and we experienced the best service ever, all staff are friendly, the reception was very helpful with COVID test documents, Excellent!, Recommended! you won’t be disappointed 👍🏻

The location of the hotel was excellent for me, near the institution (UOC) where I worked. It was also near Sagrada familia and at a walking distance from the seaside which offered an opportunity for a nice relaxing stroll.

Breakfast was way too expensive! The price of 19 euros for a breakfast per person is very high. We were 2 persons staying for six nights and if we had to pay also for breakfast we would have additionally paid about 240 euros which is more than the one third of what we paid for the room!

Hotel is so nice, staff are all professional, helpful, and quite understanding. They do whatever they can to help in any matter you request or need. Rooms are quite nice, cleaned everyday as expected, breakfast was also nice, and the restaurant is very comfy. I recommend the hotel so much. It's also in a very nice area, and has an awesome city view.

Loved the staff! Great energy, super helpful at any time! Speaking English is a huge plus in Barcelona, haha! The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean at all times!

I did not like the location. At least 22 minutes walk from the nearest beach, so if you’re looking for a beach adjacent hotel, you might wanna double-check. Other than that the nearest metro stations (L1 - Glories and L4 - Poblenou) are 10 minutes away. The room seemed kinda outdated, I believe renovating and modernizing it would be a nice touch. The furniture is not in greatest shape, and that’s very obvious, regardless of how clean the room is. The hotel overall is definitely convenient but not amusing. It’ll take modernization and designer touch in each room to get me back!

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful modern area, close to metro. Comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the city through a glass wall. Very good breakfast and wifi.

the bathroom is practically not ventilated (directly) the fried eggs were extremely salted - why not let each one to choose the amount of salt ?

The breakfast was very good, plenty of options every morning. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The view from my room was amazing.

Paper thin walls. During my stay I had to listen to my neighbours having a conversation (not an euphemism) and listening to music until 2 am, they weren't being loud and still sounded like they were inside my room. The next evening I had to listen the couple upstairs feeding the turtle (that one IS an euphemism), which they did twice, and again could hear it as clear as if they were in my bed. Cleanliness could have been better, more than once during breakfast I grabbed a from the clean pile plate that had food leftovers as if it hadn't been washed properly.

We really like this hotel. Its very clean and comfortable. The rooms are not huge but are very well designed, and you'll find everything you need. The location is very convenient if you are driving into the city, you'll find many restaurants and cafes nearby and is across the street from a tram that takes you everywhere. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. From directions to restaurants they helped us make our stay a memorable one.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Bottled water was always present and part of the fee paid for the room. Toiletries included all the usual pieces plus mouth wash, cotton pads, cotton buds, nail file, and the water pressure was great. The cleaning ladies did fantastic job cleaning the room and scrubbing down the bathroom (I saw them doing this when I had to get something from the room). It is next to Rambla Poblenou which is about a couple of kilometers from the Bogatell beach area. Lots of good restaurants around and it is not too far from Westfield Glories mall with shops and restaurants. The Sagrada Familia was a 30 min walk.

Bed was not the most comfortable. The one I slept on was old, creaky, and had uneven spots. Beds need to be replaced more often. There was no wash towel provided. The desk could be bigger. Some lights were burnt and didn't work.

Location was great on Ramblas de Poblenou with a lot of restaurants, close to the beach, shopping centre and other surrounding areas and easy access by public transport etc. to city centre and not a lot of noise given the location. Room was standard but comfortable, great views on the upper floors. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast buffet spread was alright but not the largest selection of hot foods and even the hot food were only slightly warm/cold and not that hot. Room was also a little dusty.
