Beautiful, clean and calm accomodation. Easy check-in, check-out. There is nonstop reception. Flat include kitchen, airacondition and TV.

During winter season is cold inside the flat. You have to use hot fun or heating by airacondition.

It was located in a very save neighbourhood. The elevator was a little small for the buggy but very convenient. The appartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Even cooking was possible.

Still quite expensive but for Barcelona ok I guess. I did not like that they contacted me via Whats App and via booking. That was confusing and unnecessary as they were asking for everything multiple times.

This appartment is in the vicinity of Sagrada Familia, 10 mins away. One can travel to other places with the metro 5 mins away. Clean,comfortable to stay for a few holiday days. The staff are always there to help if needed.

Before we arrived they kept asking for payment and sending us msgs to pay.

Location was everything with this property. Close to metro and bus stations. The property is also walking distance to Sagrada Familia and close to shops, supermarket and restaurants which was perfect. Rooms are clean and it has everything you need for a short stay. This can be a perfect place for big families like mine who plans to find a budget place in Barcelona.

Only downside is that the property doesn’t offer daily room cleaning service. So if you stay for more than 3 days, you’ll have to clean your own room until you check out, takeout your own trash… etc. Change of towels is upon request and availability. However, staff are very responsive and they try to accommodate all requests as much as possible.

The location of the apartment is great, just 10-15mins walk from Sagrada Familia, many coffee places and restaurants around - the Italian restaurant next door is just fantastic 😉 Check in/out process was easy due to the 24/7 reception. The apartment itself is minimalistic and modern, with all the necessary stuff for a short stay.

For a longer stay, we would probably prefer other apartment - with bigger windows, separate bedroom.. but for 5day vacation this one was good enough 😉

The customer service was excellent. They are approachable and nice. The place is clean and quiet.

We checked out and they didn´t check everything before we left and later on we got a message that the hairdryer was missing. I was at the train already, asked my uncle and he said he did pack a hair dryer. The moment we arrived in Madrid I checked and it turned out the haridryer packed was ours. I sent them a text of the hairdryer that my uncle packed, it was grey and it was my hair dryer. This could have been avoided had they checked the room first when we checked out. They were still nice about it though.

Wonderful property not too far from Sagrada Familia, within walking distance. Based among the locals, you get a good chance to sharpen up on your Spanish! Great little cafe right on the corner.

Small thing was the parking situation. as you can imagine, driving a vehicle in the city can be tough but, they did advertise that they had a parking spot available, maybe they shouldn’t! The ‘spot’ they had ‘available’ is hardly suitable for a smart car! We tried to use it to our best ability, then were approached by a hotel employee and advised that it was her spot and we should in fact park somewhere else!! The fact they advertised having a parking spot was a major reason we booked it as we were driving to the city from Cambrils.

Great location. Close to sagrada familia, metro stops and lots of good places to eat within walking distance around the property. Room was a good size for three people and well presented. Beds were comfortable. The shower had a good pressure and there were no issues with the heat. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The building is open 24/7 so there’s no issues with leaving and entering at any time.

It can be a little bit confusing to get to the reception at first as it is on the sixth floor. You have to take out the bins yourself as housekeeping do not come around during the day when you are out, this also means you have to do a bit of cleaning yourself (not a major issue at all though but would’ve been nice first them to do a tidy up during the stay). At night, you can hear people coming in and out the building and sometimes you will hear the odd loud noise which might be disturbing for some but it wasn’t too bad.

I liked that they have 24hr reception. Our train from Madrid got delayed for several hours but thankfully someone was there at the reception to greet us at 12mn. It was also very accommodating of them to accept one package I had delivered to the apartment. I know some accommodations don’t allow this but they were kind enough to accommodate my request. Also loved the fact that it was only a few min walk away from Mercadona.

The property location is superb. Its a walking distance from Sargadia familia and close to public transport. There are plenty of café, restaurants and shops around the property. The staff was very helpful and the room apartment was cleaned regularly.

The room size was little small to our expectation even though the room size was definitely mentioned in the listing. Other than that everything was great.
